****** Frederick glances at his watch and smiles widely.. He brings out his cell phone and sends a text message. "Time up... She must be heavily drunk by now... Oh how I missed you my melanin" he laughs as he walks through the people who were busily drinking and dancing... A few others were seen kissing and smooching each other... Frederick chuckles as he passes by a couple grinding each other.. . Soon, he was going to be doing the same with Emerald.. He steps outside and frowns... Where could she have gone.. He could see two glasses of juice on the bench where he saw her sitting earlier... Was she with someone? If so, then who? "I can't believe I lost her again!" He kicks his legs against the wall angrily... ******** As they stared at each other, his eyes moved to her lips and he suddenly felt this strong urge to kiss her.. Her lips were so.... Inviting.... He shakes his head and pulls away.. He wasn't going to take advantage of her drunken state to do something she would hate him for later.... He sighs and inserts his key into the ignition and sparks the engine to life... "Yayyyy!!! I'm flying!!!" Emerald screams with joy,unfastens the seatbelt and sends her head out the window with both hands spread in the air... "My God!! Miss Arthur.

. Get back inside... Do you want a car to crush your head?" "I'm flying.. See? Come join me!! Oh God.. I'm in an aeroplane. But how? I don't have passports... Oh.. Did you steal passports Mr Adams? Huh? You thief!!" She squeals like a child and closes her eyes as the cold breeze sweeps across her face... Darren laughs "get back in please!!!" He removes one hand from the steering wheel and tries to pull her back in but she wouldn't budge.... Sighing, he leaves her to scream while he drove to his apartment. ******** Darren coughs as he finished changing the bed sheets... So much dust everywhere.... He hadn't used that apartment for years and he had spent more than an hour cleaning the place... "I'm done... Come and lie down.. You need to sleep" he tells her but she wasn't listening... She was staring at the picture of a little boy of about four years smiling up at his parents... Darren watches her silently as she stood on tiptoe and pulls down the picture.. She blows the dust away and runs her fingers over the picture, smiling sadly. . "I miss you mom... I miss you too dad" she says quietly... Darren stared at her confused.... Had she began hallucinating... The picture she was holding was clearly him and his parents when he was just a boy so why on earth was she calling them mom and dad.... "I promise I will avenge your death. I swear". Okay. Now that's strange, he thought... "Miss Arthur you need to sleep now" he says and carefully and tries to take away the picture away but she pulled back.... She struggled with him until the frame fell and broke into pieces.. Emerald quickly bent down and began to put the pieces together, her hands shaking.. "Just look at what you've done!!" She stood up screaming at him... "Listen... Just come to bed... Tomorrow I will take you home so that you will be able to see your family.. " She stared at him and then began to laugh hysterically. "Family? Which family? They took them away from me!!" She moved closer but she tripped and he caught her... "I will kill all of them... One by one... I will cut off their legs and arms and watch them bleed to death". Darren looked into her eyes and all he saw was hatred and sorrow. "You shouldn't think that way miss Arthur... You can't take anyone's life.. Please come to bed" "No!!!" She yells and pushes him away from her... "I can't take anyone's life yet they can take away my family's life huh? I.... I was just five years old Darren... Just five.. I stood behind the window and watched them shoot my parents and two siblings one after the other... I watched them pour petrol all over the house and set it on fire.... Run!!! My only surviving brother had told me...
