The Dormitory (A Sequel) - Episode 20
Oyindamola had a sleep she hasn't had in a while. She slept with her mouth wide open while spittle dropped down in secession forming an irregular lines. She was finally woken up by noises from Baami and Ayinke.
"Omo mi, you have slept for too long. I hope you are okay," Baami said with a huge smile plastered on his face. Oyindamola rubbed her face with her palm to clean up the dirts. Her eyes were blurry and everywhere seemed dark. I think it's night already, she thought to herself before sprawling up.
"Yes, I am fine," she said and turned towards Ayinke, "can I have my bath please? My body is itching."
"Oh, it's okay," Ayinke replied. She was mesmerized at Oyindamola's posh accent and how she moved her lips and spoke with her tongue. She wished she would learn how Oyindamola spoke. Her accent accentuated her perfectly sculpted lips.
She led Oyindamola to the back of the house. "That's the bathroom," she muttered. Oyindamola took a look at the bathroom and stared at Ayinke. She wanted to speak but her lips couldn't move.
"What?" Ayinke asked.
"Nothing."
She took the bucket of water and walked into the bathroom. The bathroom was rounded with palm fronds and the ground wasn't plastered

. Anytime she poured water on her head, sands splattered on her legs and she gets irritated by the sight. After some minutes, she was done. She tied the wrapper Ayinke offered her above her chest and walked back to the house.
Baami fixated at Oyindamola as she walked towards them. She dripped the bucket by the side, and sat on the long wooden chair.
"You can join us. We are eating. And this bush meat is all for you," Baami said and opened a bowl containing cut roasted meat. Oyindamola craned her neck and peered through to see what was inside it.
"Thank you," she collected it and started eating it piece by piece.
"We don't even know your name," Baami said.
"I'm Oyindamola," she replied.
"Oh, what a nice name," he smiled.
"The food is about to finish. Wash your hand and join us" Ayinke said while she moulded another round of amala, and dipped into the light egusi soup before swallowing it baring all the veins that filled her neck. Oyindamola peeped through and noticed how watery the soup was.
"I think I'm okay with the meat.

. I'll eat amala later," Oyindamola said and threw another piece of meat into her mouth, while she took time to chew it repeatedly.
"Tell us about yourself," Baami said.
"Yes, who abandoned you at the spacious road," Ayinke said.
"The person no like you at all," Baami raised his shoulder in disappointment.
"I thought it was either of you that dragged me out of the forest while I peered into the cave."
"We didn't. My father was going to hunt in the forest as usual and saw you lying lifelessly on the road."
"Really," she said and tears dropped down from her eyes.
"Stop crying. What happened to you? I hope everything is fine. We will take you back to your mother if you can talk," Baami said.
"My mother is dead...." She blurted tearily. "We had accident and our car tumbled down the forest. My mother died....and.."
"And," Ayinke asked while she tried to use her hand to wipe away the tears that had clogged her eyes.
Oyindamola dropped the bowl of meat in her hand, "...and I saw lot of creepy stuff. Everywhere was scary. I saw ghosts. Even my mother's own," Oyindamola said.
"Are you sure? that's the forest I hunt my bush meat from everyday. Hunters from down the village come there too," Baami said and pointed. Tears continued to streak down from Oyindamola's eyes and Ayinke moved close to console her.
