After she was done applying the cream on her face, she dropped it on the table and immediately she raised her head up, and saw a woman through the mirror. She backed her and wasn't looking her way, so she could only see her not well arranged hair. She turned back swiftly but couldn't see the woman again; she had disappeared. She screeched in a fear, and immediately the woman appeared again but wasn't facing her, so she couldn't see her face . She gasped for breath and fell on the floor. Ese ran to the room and met her friend laying lifelessly on the floor.

"Tola! Tola!! Tola!!! What happened? Tell me what happened?" Ese cried out. She brought out her phone which she had placed into the pocket of her taut trouser and called Tola's husband. He panicked when Ese told him what was happening, but he assured her that he will call the family doctor. Not long after, the family doctor arrived and they drove to the hospital.

She was admitted to a room. Ese had been waiting forever and in some minutes, one of Tola's daughters arrived. She thanked Ese on seeing her. Ese checked the wristwatch on her hand. It was nine PM already, she excused herself and left to her house.

"Mum, what's the problem?" Titi said

. Tola opened her eyes slowly and mumbled some words.

"Tell me you are fine, mum."

"I am fine," she muttered each words slowly. Titi felt relieved. She stayed with her mum till it was dawn. She slept on the chair in the hospital room where she was admitted. Tola's husband and Tope, their other daughter arrived in the morning. They saw her looking healthy and fine.

"What's really the problem?" her husband asked.

"I think I saw a ghost and the image sent me a déjà vu. I got that feeling that I'd seen the person before though I didn't see her face. This is the second time I'm having that feeling. The feeling always hypnotises me and makes my head to swirl," she said and coughed immediately. Her husband held her chest to calm her down.

"Really, when was the last time you'd the same feeling?" Titi asked.

"The day I saw a woman in my friends club. I mean Shade's friend, club 46."

"It's all good. We can still reach out to Shade, so she would help us to get in touch with the woman," her husband said.

The doctor discharged them and they walked out of the hospital before driving home.

They all chattered at home and did other things before their daughters went back to their houses. The next day, Tola put a call through Shade informing her that she would be coming to the club with her husband.

"Oh really? With your husband? This should be for the first time ever. Abi, what are you both celebrating?" Shade said and laughed. Tola laughed back, "we are not celebrating anything. We just want to come and have drinks in your club."

"Arrgh! I'm impressed. Bring your husband biko. I'll sell to you at discounted prices sef."

About an hour after, Tola, her husband and Ese walked in. Shade was sitting all alone to herself.

"Hey Tola, I thought it was a couple affairs. Or is Mr. Obarakpor outside?" Shade queried.

. Mr. Obarakpor was Ese's husband.

"Abegii," Ese said and gestured. They all adjusted their chairs and sat down.

"What should I offer? I'm glad your husband is here," she extended a handshake to Tola's husband and they shook hands.

"We didn't come here to drink. It's about something scarily that has plagued us," Tola said.

"Really? Tell me something."

"What's the name of that your friend we met here the other day? The one Ese was all over her business," Tola said.

"Ehhh," Ese grunted. Tola gestured and spared her a quick laughter.

"You mean Bimpe?"

"Yes," Ese and Tola blurted.

"Can you take us to her house," Ese said.

"Sorry I can't. Her house is haunted. She scares me. I can tell her to come over."

"Her house is haunted by what?" Tola said and gazed at her husband and Ese.

"The spirit her husband murdered. Her husband was murdered. Well, it's a long case. Should I call her now?"

"Yes, do," Tola said and bowed her head on the table.
