The once sunny atmosphere had suddenly become replaced by a thick cloud that threatened to spring forth a harsh gush of water. The whirling motion of the wind was severe; I'd watched the myriad of green leaves forcefully fall off the static trees as a result, and I was surprised our camp hadn't been blown off likewise.

Yet, despite the obvious cool temperature, I was sweating profusely. I felt abnormally warm, and for no reason in particular.

"Lulu, what's wrong with you?" Milo whispered from his spot beside me.

"Why are you sweating so hard?" Thato had also chirped, settling hurriedly beside me.

But at that point, I was too weak to give any form of response . I was suffocated, and it really didn't matter that Noah was gently rubbing the sweat off my body, as breathing had soon become a somewhat difficult feat.

. I felt my entire being reach the limit of consciousness to that of absolute unconsciousness.

Eventually, I'd passed out, oblivious to the happenings of my reality from there on..

Obscurity is an inevitable phenomenon that I'd expected to be welcomed by, but I'd been welcomed by the complete opposite. I was welcomed by the brightest of lights, the goldest of gold that threatened to blind my vision if I stared too hard

. The light was circular in shape, its source was unnatural, unknown.

Nonetheless, I was more particular about its central point, the one that harboured a strange figure. I couldn't pinpoint exactly who the person was, all I could make out was a silhouette of a boy-ish figure, who had began sauntering towards me.. The closer he inched, the more familiar he became, until I'd been finally cleared of all doubts.

It was him.

The same vampire I'd dreamt of a few days ago. And I was doing it again, gawping into those golden yellow eyes that I somehow got lost in.

He wasn't saying anything, and neither was I, but there was some sort of unspoken conversation going on between us. The kind that only the both of us understood, the kind that no one could possibly grasp. And of course, we'd remained like that for a while, a very long while, staring intently into each others eyes, as neither of us seemed the slightest bit uncomfortable about it..

But then all of a sudden, he was withdrawing, slowly moving back to the central point he'd initially sprung from, whilst I desperately held tightly onto him. I didn't want him to go.

"Dont leave me," I whispered anxiously. But he wouldn't yield to my plea. His hands had slowly but surely slipped away from mine, but before he dwindled into nonexistence, I'd heard him utter in a low-pitched sound..

"I'm coming.."

It was at that same point that my eyes flung open, welcoming me back to my actual reality.

Noah, Milo, and Thato were absolutely relieved, pulling me into a warm embrace for what seemed like a minute or two.. however, I was dumbfounded, I was yet to recover completely from what had just happened.

And Noah had noticed.

"Lulu, is everything okay?" He asked, the concern was very much evident in his tone, as he held onto my nervous hands.

"He told me he's coming.." That was all I could offer.
