"Will you just stop yelling?" I ask, wondering why I'm not even getting angry, maybe it's because I know he had my safety in mind and that's the reason he's yelling at me but let me tell you that I am not a fan of being yelled at. 

"Anadia, that was beyond foolish, what you did, you could have been hurt" He says after making a visible effort to calm down to to lower his voice. 

Aww, my baby is learning. 

"Caspian, I would be damned if I sit around while my sister plans her wedding" 

"You don't understand, Anadia, you have to rest" 

I roll my eyes. 

"When the doctor said rest, Kane, he did not say you should tie me to the bed and never let me out of it, he meant to avoid strenuous activities and trust me, this thing I'm doing for Aroos, calling her caterers and arranging her event is not strenuous" 

He runs a hand through his hair, pulling the ends and looking frustrated. 

I don't want him to feel like this but I know if I don't put my foot down and get some space now then I'm never getting any. 

"Kane..." 

"Don't you care?" 

"What?"

. Aren't you bothered?" 

"Don't even finish that statement Caspian" I say.. 

"I don't want to think like this but you are giving me no choice but to, its been two months since we last heard anything from your stalker, that doesn't mean he is gone, this gift we've been given is not something I want to take lightly and I wish you would feel that way too "

"Are you saying you think I don't care about our child?" 

"I want to believe you do" He says and disbelief wars with anger in my body. 

I open my mouth but I'm speechless. 

"You... You.. Want to believe?" 

"Just.. Think with me here Anadia about how scared you would be if there is a probability of me leaving you anytime" 

My body settles

"I'm not leaving you Kane." 

"I know that but I need constant confirmation Ani, I do" He says and I shake my head. 

He's not going to do that, it took me a while and if I'm truthful I still am trying to crawl out of that deal place on my head. 

I'm not going down because of him. 

No. 

I love Kane but he has to deal with the issues at hand, namely, trust me to take care of myself. 

"I'm fine Kane... Don't bother yourself" I say, swiping my phone from the nightstand and preparing to leave this room and this conversation behind. 

"Scared... I'm so fucking scared all the time" He begins and I don't want to listen but I stop to. 

"... Scared that you might leave me, scared that something might happen to you and I wouldn't be able to hold on to you, I won't be able to get to you, scared that something might happen to the baby" 

He says and I turn to him. 

"I don't know how to put your mind at ease Cas but I want to and I want you to know that I am fine and I will never leave you, not even in death" I say, standing away from him, trying to pass that across. 

He nods, watching me before turning his back on me and stepping to the window. 

I take that as my cue to leave but I find myself passing across the room and wrapping my arms around his waist. 

"I'm sorry I'm being an inconsiderate bitch" I say and he sighs, his big body shaking with it. 

"Just promise me you wil take it easy until the baby is here, please" 

"I promise" I say and we stay like that until my stomach growls and his sighs this time is because of something else. 

"Have you eaten?" 

"I ate lots today while you were running, I don't know why I always get hungry these days" 

"You are eating for two now, sit still, I wurkl get you some food..." He gets a look at my face before sighing. 

"You want to go downstairs with me don't you?" 

"You can carry me, I won't have to walk" He smiles before obliging me. 

That's a compromise then.

"I used to live with my sister, before she died" He says, stirring the contents of the pan. 

"Oh... What was she like?" I ask, settling into the stool as I watch him perform magic in his kitchen with the spaghetti. 

I got him to finally agree to bring me to his house as let me tell you his house is the shit. 

Bloody hell, I could live here all year without coming out.

Its a two storeyed bungalow with the top floor completely made of hardwood. 

He took me on a tour and showed me a room with walls completely filled with books. 

Sigh. 

Books is good. 

Yoel in a room filled with books is better.. 

Sigh, again. 

"Oh.. Why don't we talk about her later and talk about you.." 

"Me?" 

"Yep" 

"What do you want to know about me?" 

"What is your middle name?" That what he wants to know? We've been courting - yes, courting - for two months and he wants to know my middle name? 

"Genevieve, my blood type is O+ if you are interested in that too "I say and he lifts startled eyes. 

"ithink asking you that question was wrong? "

"Not per se. "

"My middle name is Moses, in case you want to know" 

I blink, laughter in my mouth. 

"What? Are you serious?"

"Yes"

"God, Yoel Moses Trey, There's an hidden meaning in there somewhere" I say and he grins, dishing the pasta before placing it in front of me.

I twirl some in my fork before taking a bite. 

"What do you think? Anygood" I grab a paper napkin, depositing the little bit I ate into it. 

"It is good that you choose a career in acting darling". 

"Is it that bad?" 

"You are worse than me and trust me, coming from me that is saying something" 

He laughs, picking the plate and upending it in the trash. 

"Should we order?" 

"We should" I nod enthusiastically. 

Yoel might be a wanted artist in the entertainment industry but his cooking skills her trash.
