After my visit to Gombe, our communication was more of online chat, from Facebook to 2go and later WhatsApp thanks to android phones which China made possible for almost everyone to afford. November of that year 2013, I bought Techno P5, android phone with 1 gb ram size. It hanged frequently but with good battery life.
Christ was the reason I didn't have exploits on 2go as it was the order of the day during that period. Most of my friends were on 2go doing "point and kill" . Sam comes to my mind each time I remember 2go. Sam was my friend and a shy type. He hardly spoke in the presence of ladies not known to him but 2go gave him the fortress to talk to ladies. Most of the times, I was the one that did the "toasting" for him each time he found a new girl which most times don't last because of his extreme shyness.
December that year, Christy came back for Christmas celebrations of that year and that year was her penultimate year in school. I invited her by November to pay me a visit but she rejected and turned down the invitation. Inviting her to my house was an hurdle to cross in our relationship. The debate for her visit lingered till Christmas but she finally accepted.
I had planned to attend the annual homecoming of my secondary school Alma mata of that year with her. At least my classmates would see her for once

. I have talked about her to such an extent that most people close to me were expecting her visit. They were anxious to see that lady that turned my head upside down. In fact Christy was my mermaid and an idol. It was clear I had fallen totally for her. No conversation with anybody will end without me mentioning Christy in it. I never hesitated to tell whoever cares to listen about Christy. I was so proud of her that I was dreaming of a day I would step out with her in style.
