I could recall vividly that beautiful and blessed day 6th December, 2012 when I dropped at Obollo Afor enroute Nsukka after 3 weeks NYSC orientation program at Asaya camp Kaba Kogi state... it was around 4:30pm that I saw her, the ebony black 'mermaid' made for me.
As I was coming down from that Akwaibom state transport company bus, the first thing to behold was that girl who would later rewrite my history and beliefs about love. As I came down from the bus wearing only the NYSC cap and my plain white vest without the khaki trousers or jacket , I could recall how her face was beaming with smiles like we have met before as she approached the place I was standing, her smiles filled with aura of love and seduction, perfectly adorned with her white set of teeth
. immediately, my heart beat increased and I became nervous as she drew closer walking majestically like a princess and queen; all in one.
Finally, she came to the point I was standing, only for her to say good evening 'corper', I could still visualize her sonorous voice ringing in my ears like the voice of an angel and I returned the greeting.
As she just passed by me, something magical and miraculous happened to me and I told myself, Kc this is the one, her eyes were sparkling and beautiful just like as it was described in 1 Samuel 16:12. the Lord told me Kc she's the one, arise and meet her.

. She stopped and I walked up to her. I intentionally asked her where I can get a bus going to Nsukka and she was like just walk down the road and ask people around there as she started her catwalk and I called her back again. I told her I'm Kc and would like to know your name which she politely said Christy.
Instantly, I told her how I felt when she beamed that beautiful smiles on me and she politely told me she can't remember smiling at me. In order not to waste time as night was speedily drawing near, I told her I liked her voice which she said thanks for your compliment but I must take my leave now. Being a 'guy man' and suffering from the hangover of 2010 heartbreak which nearly shattered my life, I told her please can I have your number that I would like to talk to her later or even hope to see her again and she again politely said 'I don't give out my number to strangers and I retorted but I'm no longer a stranger to you that it takes only a second to meet people. After minutes of little debate, she grudgingly gave out the number and I flashed her number to confirm it was hers and we bade goodbye.
Coming home that night, I was exhausted and tired, took my bath and off to bed forgetting to talk to that beautiful damsel that crossed my path earlier. It was the following day that I placed a call to her. After calling several times, she picked and apologized she was taking her bath while the phone was on her bed.
