.... Being the kind of being I am, on a normal day, I would not bother calling her line again since after the terrible experience of 2010. After that bad experience and callousness I suffered in the hands of that my ex, I have built my mind to treat ladies as mere object but when it came to Christy's case it became a different thing all together. I saw my hard thought decision crumbling in just a matter of seconds as I broke that vow of giving second trial at any woman who feels she has got swag.
Finally we got talking
. what tripped me most was her angelic voice. her voice could melt any heart no matter how stoic the heart might be. our conversation was more of a question and answer segment. she was probing me like I was in the witness boss. I could remember one of her questions.
she said, 'what did you study in the university' pastorship and moral instructions I replied. without wasting time, she told me there is no course like that. we argued on that particular question for some minutes and what I heard was one minute remaining, that stupid warning from MTN.... when your call credit gets low.... instantly, I told her Cristy drop your call that I would call her back and she asked why. I told her I have another caller on the line

When the call was dropped, I started making plans on how to get another call credit because I had no money then to buy card. I remembered one girl like that during our camping exercise by name Imabor, a calabar girl, very homely and lanky but fair; a complexion I detest so much. Imabor so much liked me because of the role I played in camp church. I served mass everyday for that 3 weeks we spent on camp. I sent her 'please send me credit' and instantly she called back and I didn't waste time to ask her to send me credit of 400 hundred naira that I needed to make an important call. Imabor being generous and kindhearted. she sent the card without wasting time.
when I resumed the call, call rate that evening was 4 kobo per second, thanks to MTN zone tariff plan. we talked for close to an hour or more until she started begging for a break. Because I had something up my sleeve, I didn't refuse her request but didn't waste time to inform her I would call again properly at night and she said she will take my call only if she was still awake. I begged her to sacrifice few hour before mid night for me that her voice is magical and seductive that I wouldn't mind listening to her voice all day and we bade goodbye.
As I dropped the call, I was so much lost in the thought of what we discussed and how all this 'mental craze' started. I quickly reminded myself of what happened in 2010 but another stronger thought overwhelmed the first thought making me to understand that Cristy may be different from all the women folks I have come across. from then I started making plans on the next step of action and what to discuss in our next conversation. my people, man dey suffer to get a woman that tickles his heart.
