**** JASON'S POV

Sh*t sh*t! Busted! The door burst open and I don't need a soothsayer to tell me we've been busted.

Damnit! I glance at Alex to see him glaring dangerously at me.

I give him an apologetic look but he just scowls at me.

"What the f*ck do we do now huh? We've been caught!"

He sneers at me.

I hear footsteps approaching where we are currently standing behind the bookshelf.

Sh*t! I look around, searching for something, anything to use as a weapon.

Finding, a rod in the corner, I pick it up immediately and get into position ready to hit whoever walked through that door.

The footsteps are closer now, much closer now that I can see the shadow making it's way into the room.

I lift my arm ready to swing it when a familiar perfume hits me.

I freeze.

"Hailey?"

The shadow comes into view now.

"Hailey you?"

I repeat.

"Shh. Quiet . We have to get out of here. You have spent more than fifteen minutes here and now Hank's men are approaching. Here"

she whispers throwing two uniforms at me and Alex.

Where did she get this?

"Wear them!"

She instructs and without further delay I shed off my clothes and put on the uniform.

Alex does the same.

"Let's go"

"Wait! Sarah. We can't possibly be cruel enough to leave her here"

I point to Sarah who's half conscious.

Hailey's eyes follow where I'm pointing and her eyes widen as she stares at Sarah.

"We'll think of that later but for now, we got to get to safety"

Alex hisses at me and I realise how mad he is.

I sigh and follow them.

As soon as we are out, Hailey leads us back towards the tunnel because I don't think I could have found my way back without the sketch.

We get to the tunnel and begin to crawl through it.

Soon, I could see a faint light as cold breeze hit me and I knew we were near.

. I such in relief when I crawl out of the tunnel, enjoying the feel of the cool air that hit my skin.

Hailey turns to shut the wall-like door.

We were almost out of the there when a figure pops up from behind the tiny bush.

Startled,I take a step back.

The shadow moves towards us and I hear whimpering.

"B..brother"

the shadow says.

Wait what? Who would call me brother? Brother? My eyes widen in shock.

F*ck!

"Tess? What are you doing here?"

"I..I wanted to make sure you all were alright.. S..so I f..followed Hailey"

she stutters.

Theresa? Stuttering? She never stutters.

I squint my eyes and that's when I realise she wasn't alone.

In fact,she was cradling a sleeping Olivia in her arms.

What the bleeping hell! She brought Olivia? F*ck,f*ck f*ck!!!

"You f*ckinh brought Olivia??"

I sneer at her.

"I'm.. I'm sorry. I couldn't leave her alone"

she sobs.

"What a nice reunion. Sweet"

a deep voice says and I glance behind Tess and for the first time, I realise someone was grabbing her.

I look around tentatively..

We've been surrounded.

By more than six men.

Hailey gasps and clings onto me.

"Sh*t!" Alex cusses beside me and I just stare at all six men surrounding us, each with a dirty smirk on their faces.

Busted!

I wince as I feel the rope being tightened around my wrist behind me.

I could hear Theresa sobbing silently as they tied her to the chair also, with Olivia still asleep on her lap.

Thank God they had the decency not to tie up a little girl.

Hailey and Alex were quiet and for a moment I began to think Alex was mad at me for delaying.

I feel guilty but what could I have done?.

Run and leave Sarah behind? She may be an annoying b*tch but I'm not heartless.

She's still human.

"Well well well"

one of the men who had dragged us into this room that looks more like a dungeon smirks, his eyes trained on Hailey.

He was eyeing her.

I didn't like the look in his eyes one bit.

Lust.

His eyes were filled with nothing but lust.

He moves closer to her running his hands along her bare arms.

Hailey cringed.

I clench my fists

"Get your f*cking hands off her!"

He turns to me, smirking

"Ohh, someone's getting pretty territorial huh? You know what they say, sharing is caring. How would it feel to sink my rod in between her thighs huh?"

He mocks bringing his hands down to her thighs..

"J..Jayson.. Help"

she whimpers and I struggle in my seat.

"Get you hands off her. I swear to what I hold most dearest if you so much as touch a single hair on her head I'll f*cking kill you, you bastard!"

The bastard laughs.

He just laughs and the other five men join in.

The commotion and noise finally gets to Olivia and I see her slowly stirring awake.

No, no. Another man steps forward, staring at Hailey, letting his eyes scrutinize her.

"You're Hailey"

he says as a matter of factly, cocking his head to one side as he plays with the base of his gun.

"Oh. She's the one. Boss' favourite and we've been searching for you this entire time. You gave us a hard time girl"

another chips in.

"I'm glad you fell into your own trap. Boss is so gonna reward us for catching you,thanks to her"

the first man says gesturing to Tess.

"What were you doing here by the way? Who sent you? How did you know about the secret passage?"

The shortest amongst them ask and I eye him.

Did he seriously think we were going to speak up? He must be shitting me.

He stares at us,waiting for an answer.

"Will you answer us! Don't make me.."

He trails off pulling out his own gun.

"Make you what? You wanna shoot? Go ahead. I bet you don't know how to use a gun"

I taunt and his face instantly hardens.

"Shut your trap young man!"

"You're also a young man aren't you?"

I grin and roll my eyes

"Coward"

"What did you call me?"

He asks cautiously, glaring at me, daring me to repeat my words.

I roll my eyes again

"Why? Apart from being physically challenged do you also have a hearing problem? I said coward"

He narrows his eyes

"What did you say?"

"Come on dude are you that slow? I said coward. You're a coward!"

I scream for more effect and I already could guess what was coming next.

I shut my eyes, getting ready for the blow and sure enough I felt the base of a gun hit my face and I groan.

"Jayson!"

I hear Hailey scream

"What's your problem man? Couldn't you wait for your boss to arrive to do the honours?"

Alex speaks up, clearly taunting them

"You talk too much. You should be scared"

the tallest amongst them says.

"The fact that you have our hands and legs tied up doesn't mean we can't speak"

Alex counters back

"Shut up you twerp else.."

"Else what! You'll hit me? Well then hit me,f*cking coward because it's the only time you'll get to hit me since I'm tied up. Make hay while sun shines"

Alex smirks.

Damn, I finally understand why he's my best friend.

I see all six men clench their fists in anger.

They're practically taking the bait Alex is throwing at them.

They at look strong and fit but there all stupid.

We have to get out of here before Hank Anderson arrives home.

"Go on. Hit me!"

"Nevermimd Alex. Can't you see they're all cowards"

I say and they instantly lose their cool.

Two men lunge at us and begin to deliver blows to each of us mercilessly.

"Stop it. Pls don't hurt them please!"

My sister cries I groan as another kick comes my way.

I spit out blood and the men back away from us,panting.

"Was that enough beaying? Or you want more?"

I don't answer.

"You, stay here well be back"

one of them says and walks out while the rest follows leaving two men behind.

**** TWENTY MINUTES LATER

I snicker as I stare at the men.

I turn to Alex who was was already staring at me and we both grin.

I then turn to Hailey.

"Really? So these are the men Hank Anderson recruited? They're so stupid and dumb. Six men tied us up, four of them left and the other two are dozing"

I whisper

"The four men who left are actually watchmen and they'll be doomed if they don't go back to their post. And these two are new,they were brought a few months ago"

Hailey whispers back glancing at the two men who were seated on the floor, dozing with their mouths hanging open.

"Daddy"

I turn to Tess.

Olivia was seated upright on her laps rubbing her eyes, fully awake.

Oh sh*t.

We have to get out of here.

Hank may arrive any minute and our hopes of getting out here alive may be crushed.

I stare at Olivia for the longest of time.

Then I stare at the metal door,the key was still in the keyhole.

A plan suddenly pops up In my head and I smirk.

If you can't beat them physically, trick them.

What better way to trick them than using a tiny human like my baby.

"Hey baby. Come. Come here"

I whisper gesturing to her with the nodding of my head.

She stares at all of us confusedly for a moment then climbs down Tess laps and then walks up to me.

She hugs my legs and I notice tears brimming in her tears.

She probably noticed my bloody face.

"Shh.

everyone answers

"You want to play Livy?"

I ask and she nods slowly.

"Good. Look over there"

I gesture to one of the men who was seated near the metal door.

I bend and then whisper something into her ears.

Done,she stares at me.

"Promise?"

She asks.

"Pinky promise"

I nod and she grins.

"Go on. Baby"

I tell her and she reluctantly walks over to the snoring man.

"Psst! Hey!"

Tess whispers.

I turn to find her waving.

What the hell. How did she...

"Olivia was on my lap so they didn't quite tie me too hard"

she whispers and I nod.

Perfect.

I turn my attention back to Olivia who's now standing by the man.

I hear faint sounds of a car horn.

"Shit! Hank is back!"

Alex cusses.

"Olivia now!"

I yell and the sleeping man startles awake just as Olivia lunges herself at him,and attacks him biting his ears.

Hard.

"Ahh. F*ck f*ck! She's biting me. F*ck! Get off me you brat!"

The man screams and Olivia bites harder.

That's my girl.

I turn to Tess who had managed to free herself.

Hank will be here any minute.

"Now Tess!!!"

Alex shouts and the second man wakes up too.

Before he could understand what was going on,Theresa picks up her chair and flings it at him.

It hits his head and he falls unconscious..Tess begins to untie us one after the other.

I could hear faint footsteps.

Damnit.

I pull Olivia away from the man who's ears were practically bleeding now and smack his head too.

I pick up his gun while Alex picks up the other man's gun.

"Where the f*ck are those twats who dared enter my mansion!"

Hanks angry voice booms across the room.

"In the dungeoen boss"

someone answers and I know their near.

I kick the door open and turn to the others.

"Run!"
