**** "Hmm"

Hades stops laughing as suddenly as it had began and stares at the screen, tapping his fingers on his cheeks thoughtfully.

Why erase their entire memory when he could at least give them a little of it? Hmm, he continues to think, weighing his options.

Erasing the memories completely was gonna make it close to impossible for them and Valerie to meet.

What to do, what to do? How does he make them totally forget everything and at the same time make them meet Valerie? Hmm.

Hades lips curves into a knowing smirk,an idea occurring to him.. Bingo!.

Why not maintain their menory loss and plant each of the boys in totally different families? And then they'll get to keep their original names. At least their names were gonna be a hint for Valerie.. If after meeting them and knowing their names and Valerie still didn't recall anything or have the tiniest hunch, Pfft!.

He shrugs.

That was gonna be her damn problem.

After all he'd told her point blank that he was gonna leave it all up to her to remember everything.

He wasn't gonna help her in that aspect.

He nods, as if coming to a conclusion.

All he had to do was make a tiny little alteration to the family he would be sending them to.

Possibly, make them live the lives of other people.

And as for searching for a family, well that was pretty much easy.

He just needed a lowkey family, plant each of the boys in respective homes and twist their minds to however he pleased.

He smirks.

This was the part where he loved the most.

Aside from collecting and keeping souls till their maker called for them, he had powers.

Powers to do whatever the hell he wanted.

And right now, he was gonna mess with the minds of a few humans here and there, all because he was trying to keep a deal he made with some soul.

If only she knew the amount of fun he was having because of their agreement.

He waves his hands again and watches as his earlier thoughts manifested into reality.

In a really small house located at the outskirts of the city of Luanda in Angola, Eugene groans as he blinks his eyes open and states around, realising he was lying on a mat in a tiny room that couldn't even pass for a bathroom.

He blinks again, getting off the mat.

Why did his entire body ache so badly? And... He didn't get to conclude his thoughts when the door burst open, an old woman strolls in.

"My son,you're awake. Come, I have prepared your favourite dish"

the old woman beckons to him with a smile before returning the same way she'd entered.

Eugene stares at her, his jaw dropping.

Did that old woman just address him as son? Was he some old woman's son? At what age did she give birth to him? And... Why the hell did he feel so.. Strange.

So out of place? So confused? He blinks again.

He couldn't remember a thing.

Who he was, where he was... Nothing.. Absolutely nothing.

What the f*ck is happening?

VALERIE'S POV

After what seemed like hours and hours of immense pain coursing through my entire body,it finally stops.

Abruptly.

Vanishing as suddenly as it came. I slowly get off the floor,dusting the sides of my still bloody uniform.

I'm sure I look like a mess but it doesn't matter.

I feel much messier on the inside. I don't bother to stop for a second to think about why my entire body and head began to ache like that just a few seconds ago.

If I think about it for one more second, I'm gonna lose the last bit of sanity I've got left and I'll finally go mad.

With sweat trickling down my face, I begin to run,towards the only place where I know I'll find some peace.

Some sanity.

Even if it's just for a little while.

So lucky at the fact that where I'm intended isn't too far from the hospital, I increase my pace, desperate for some release.

As soon as I arrive at my destination, I step on the porch of the beautiful semidetached house and knock vigorously on the door.. I shut my eyes, praying he's at home.. Praying he didn't go to school today.. Please met him be home. Please please please.

The door suddenly opens and the familiar face appears, with a towel hung around his waist, his hair and torso wet.

Thank God, he didn't go to school also..

"Valerie?"

His voice is filled with worry as his eyes takes over my bloodied dress.

Relief surges through me as I lurch myself forward into my boyfriend's arms.

"Valerie? What happened? Why aren't you in school?"

He wraps his arms around me.

It soothes me, but it's not enough.

I want more.

I need something, anything to get my mind off these strange things gappening to me.

Anything to stop me from going more insane than I already am.

I pull away from his embrace, sniffing.

"Is anyone home apart from you Max?"

I ask.

Please say no.,I plead silently

"No love. It's just me. I was just getting ready for school"

I nod.

This isn't the first time Max has been late to school.

I guess when your father is the principal of a school, you can do anything you want, even arriving at school, anytime any day.

"Make love to me Max"

I bkurt out. I've got no time for long talks or beating about the bush. His eyes widen "Valerie?"

"Don't ask me questions Max. Just... Just....Make love to me please" And without waiting for a response, I kick the door shut with my legs and push my boyfriend backwards until we were fully inside the room. I begin to kiss him, hungrily.

"V..Valerie stop.. You.. We can't.. You're not in the right frame of mind"

he tries to push me back but I don't budge.

I move to slip off his towel. Max and I have been dating for a few months only and before you draw to conclusions, yep I'm a virgin.

Never popped the cherry.

But then again, I'm almost eighteen.

SBD I've never been one of those girls who regard their virginity as their pride or dignity.

Or those girls who pride themselves in marriage before s*x.

No.

I can give myself up to a guy but I just haven't found a good reason to.

But I do now.

Max is cute and I love him.

He's my boyfriend and I see nothing wrong with sleeping with my boyfriend.

And right now, I need him to take my mind off things.

"Kiss me Max. Please Make love to me.."

I push him onto he couch and straddle him.

I begin to grind on him harshly.

He let's out a groan, gripping my hips, his earlier resistance melting away into oblivion.

It doesn't take long till he rolls me onto my back.

And begins to take off my clothes.

I squirm in need.

Meanwhile.... Hades watched, his eyes glaring hard as that stupid idiotic guy continued to kiss Valerie.

They were just kissing.

Just kidding.

He assures himself.

Just making out.

But then no.

He watches at the guy rolls Valerie onto the couch, flips off his towel leaving him naked and then.... He begins to take her clothes off.

F*ck! Now, Valerie lay completely naked as the guy hovers over, parting her legs, about to enter her.

Hades jumps off his throne instantly, his fists clenched tightly.. His eyes blazing red as he watched the most important rule about to be broken.
