I stared as she walked out on me, doesn't seem right to me,especially the scar on her cheek,the white rebels wouldn't threaten what is mine,Did Jane white,did she just spill my babes blood
I brought out my phone ,and dial my uncles number"How are you son?he greeted,from the other side he sounded happy,for a moment I didn't want to tell him but as they say"forewarn is forearm ".....no ,BBJ, I'm not fine,the rebels have hurt whats mine..,.." we are aware, ken.....
Now I'm really angry, so they knew all along and couldn't tell me,what sort of surprise... "Why was I not informed, BBJ, why was I not told?"
I'm sorry, ken but..,.....
I walked towards my car,I needed privacy to yell at this man, why didn't he tell me wks ago that he had seen a rebel hurt my babe......" You guys decided to keep silent?
My uncle chuckled "we aren't all that quiet, we can't be silent, in within 24 hrs, the white rebels would either choose to fight or die..."
"What do you mean?" I asked, then I rephrased the question "BBJ, what have you done?" A muffle cry came from the background before BBJ said...."giving them a threat, I wonder what they would when they see their member lifeless on their porch steps."
He hung up, I swallowed hard,this was going to turn to something else, bloodshed, the day I had met with Jane white had been the day we had signed the peace entreaty, an agreement between the two majorities for peace, its was a club, and alcohol and woman had been on overdose, that's when the captain of the white rebels, Jane white had walked in, she was smoky hot, with her sleeveless short dress, her brown panty hose hugging her where I could want to and she had come for me, her target had been to seduce me,but gratefully, BBJ acted with his brain then, he got me out of temptations way, good buddy.
But now, I only have to get my Jane out of harms way,and the first place she had to stay way from was Mma Salome,just then I saw Hauwa, her closest friend, she has to help me stop her or she was going to regret things, within 24hrs, cult groups were going to show case on the surface of unilag,and it won't be a better show ,it would be bloody for people who hadn't fought for like 5 or 6 yes, it was a danger.
"Excuse me,Hauwa.......she turned and I gave her smile,that should soften her tensed up body.
Jane's POV
After having a meal, a free meal at "mma Salome" thank God I was done before Hauwa rushed in,grabbed my hands and just like that we raced to the hostel,Vivian and Clara weren't around
What's up Hauwa?
She looks around first, closed all windows and still whispers"Salome is a matron of the white rebels
What!I shouted and she covered my lips with her hand and continued "I'll warn, advice, order you not to go there again, ever, that woman might poison you...."
As she spoke,pent up questions got answered, my madam didn't like me ,smiled with ken, and wore whites, just like her generation.
....Jane, you should let P.ken sponsor you! I smiled "I don't have a choice, my dear,he's the only help out there, its just all his secrets that would make me tremble, Hauwa do you think he's dating a rebel?"
No!the conviction in Hauwas voice made me probe...."is he a cultist?"
Hell no!Hauwa cussed and slap a palm across her mouth, what's happening I think Hauwa knows more than she has let out,before I could ask, we heard gunshots,Hauwa was on top of her bed reciting her prayers like a craze woman,she was trembling with fear, things about ken, why is he a mystery to me?
