She checked her wrist watch for the  tenth time. What is wrong with nafisa? She had been standing outside their department for over an hour and Nafisa still hadn't shown up, she hated the waiting.

What made matters worse for her was the fact that guys had been ogling at her, some couldn't even hold their horses and had to approach her, but Sakinah Had always been the same....she had developed a Phobia to guys and it still hadn't changed. Mama Rabi, being the only person Sakinah was so close to Had tried her best but it had been to no avail . The damage had already been done, Sakina could no longer trust or talk to her father freely. The only thing that make Sakinah Smile was  reading or being with her sisters or Mama Rabi. The relationship between her and her mom is Worse, Sakinah felt like, if  her mother had given them her time and taken good care of them, then maybe things would've been different. She didn't hate her mom, but she also didn't like her!.

A car pulled over in front of her and Sakinah frowned at it. Nafisa and Nafina hooped out of the car and approached her.

"Afuwaan sis, the car broke down and i had to call Yaya Habeeb to bring another car". Nafisa explained.

Sakinah flinched at the mention of Habeeb's name and got angrier.

"He brought another car?" She asked slowly.

"No, but he sent a mechanic over, let's get going i have a date with Zainab and Adiya" Nafisa said.

She Hated anything and everything linked to Habeeb, but what to do when you don't have a choice? She looked at Safinah who Had been tapping on her phone furiously since they arrived. 

"Hi sis" Sakinah said.

But Safinah wasn't paying attention, kept typing.

"Sis" She called again this time touching her  shoulder "are you okay?."

Safinah only nodded fighting back her tears and walked towards the car.

"Is everything alright?" She asked directing her question to Nafisa as they walked towards the car.

"I think she should be the one to tell you that sis, give her time."

"Allah ya kyauta."

"Amiin."

. The phobia she Had on guys only increased with each passing day and right now, as they click twenty years of their life, things are going to change...from frying pan to fire!.

The triplets attended Nile university. Sakinah was studying  Law, Nafisa, mass communication and Safinah, Industrial chemistry. For Sakinah, studying Law was the only way to help other girls who were molested and deprived of their dignities. She study real hard to achieve her aim, make her dreams come true and also touch the lives of different people in many ways.

Mama rabi also had three kids all of whom were boys. Sultan being the first born, Anas the second and the last being Mas'oud. Through the years, mama had been the only one who understands Sakinah even Though she didn't know why or what initiated the change in a sweet girl like Sakinah, but she Had always tried to be the  one person who never judged her when she didn't go out when being called by a guy, or shouted at her for shivering in front of her cousins or any guy. And for that reason, Sakinah shared a very good bond with Mama Rabi.

As for Habeeb, being a graduate, with lots of money and a very big influential family rocked the world  and Enjoyed life. He had never for  felt like what he did to Sakinah was not right and never feel remorse, all He cared about was making girlfriends and changing them day by day. 

The three girls had different motives and aims in life, Nafisa wants to get married and have a home called hers, Sakinah wants to be a lawyer and help ladies out there as for Safinah, the agenda called marriage was not one she was interested in. All she wanted was to have different boyfriends who are rich and handsome too, with cute looks and do nothing but flirt. If you happen to be poor and approach Safinah, then am sorry to say, you're not too good for her.

"Sakinah come and have your lunch" her mom called out.

"I'm okay mom".

"I thought i heard you telling Rabi you're hungry?" She asked standing by door of Sakinah's room.

"I'm not hungry anymore" she answered not bothering to look up from what she was doing.

Hajiya Siyamah heaved a sigh and sat beside her on the bed. She took hold of her right hand and at that instant, Sakinah's heart swelled up with the love of her mother.

She tells him "ooh, love, no one's ever gonna hurt you love.
Am gonna give you all of my love.
Nobody matters like you

"Sakinah look at me. Look at me Sakinah, what has gotten between us?" She asked slowly.

"What are you talking about mom?." 

"No sakinah, you don't talk to me anymore, nor do you tell me your problems. When was the last time you smiled at me?."

"That's because you made it clear that we mean nothing to you" Sakinah said, almost shouting at her mom.

Hajiya Siyamah was taken aback by Sakinah's sudden outburst.

"Have you ever seen a mother forsaking her child? Have you ever seen a mother dumping her child and never worry about him? Sakinah nothing in this world can ever beat the love i have for you, nothing in this world can beat the level at which you mean to me. I gave birth to you Sakinah, i nursed you in my belly for nine months, i went into labour for a day and half, i suffered and bared the pains all alone to bring you girls into this world. I gave you milk to suck from my breast, change your diapers, wipe your tears, Straddled you on my back. Go crazy when you are sick and have sleepless nights when you can't sleep. Can anything beat all that Sakinah?."

She tells him "your life, ain't gon' be nothing like my life.
You're gonna grow and have a good life.
Am gonna do what I've got to do

Sakinah's heart melted after listening to her mother, she Had known that nothing can ever beat the love of a mother to her child, no matter how distant they are.

"Why then, did you always travel and leave us all alone with mama Rabi? Do you think someone can take care of us as much as you can? Where were you when i suffered both emotionally and physically? Where were you when i felt like I'm not a part of this world anymore and that I'm going to die anytime soon. Do you know how many sleepless night I've gotten mom, mom am broken deep inside, so broken". Sakinah said, breaking down into tears.

But mama rabi also have a special place in her heart, a place that only she knew the weight of it. 

After Habeeb took her virginity that day, he repeated it five more times before he left for house man ship. All those while mama rabi was closely observing her.

"Sakinah come here" mama rabi called her one evening. "What is wrong with you? Do you look at the mirror this days?".

"What is it mama?" Sakinah asked shaking with fear, deep inside she was praying real hard that mama rabi didn't notice what is going on between her and yaya habeeb.

"Look how you're swelling up, look at me sakinah and tell me the truth, is someone touching you in this house? I mean a guy? Habeeb? Or bala me gadi? Talk to me!". Mama rabi pleaded.

"N..n..nob...nobody is touching me mama, i won't let anyone touch me ai".

Mama rabi was silent, this is something new to her, from what she knows, a small girl like sakinah cants be having her boobs growing up fast and her looking kinda off.

. She has gained weight a little and having body shape. something is definitely wrong!.

She read it in every woman and the lady clearly stated that "when a girl is not up to her puberty age, and she happens to grow up real fast, big boobs and booties at a time, then be sure to check her out cause something is definitely trying to widen her and turn her into a lady real soon. If care is not taken, she tends to start her menstrual cycle at an early age, get pregnant or even get in contact with sexually transmitted disease. Dear parents, please do watch out your kids.

Right from that day, mama rabi packed sakinah's cloth and moved her to her room, even when Alhaji bello was in town, mama rabi usually lock her up in her room before going over Alhaji's room. She kepta very close eye on sakinah, deep inside she knows someone is trying to destroy the young girl's life even if she won't say it!. 

That put a stop to Habeeb's molestations and sakinah has always been grateful to her step mom. A step mom who's like a mother to her.

"Kis kis, Yaya dawoud is coming over today". Nafisa said dancing. Ever since she set her eyes on him, she has been all hyper and in love with him. She didn't care if he's already married and has three kids all of which are girls, all she knows is that she love him and she's willing to marry him.

"Congrats. Allah ta kawoshi lafiya" sakinah replied.

"So, who's our in-law?" Nafisa asked her.

"I don't understand naf naf, what in-law?"

"Saurayinki mana madam" nafisa answered eyeing her.

"Mmmssstttwww, don't ever talk to me about a boy friend nafisa".

"Exactly, because you have me already and we're soon getting married!". Habeeb said, entering the living room.
