    'Mum  have told you to stay out of roberts love life, he is old enough, i believe he can decide on what he wants' Richard pointed out to his mother. ' i know darling, am just worried about him  and not just only him am worried about the three of you, richard it being five years and you have not made any move towards thinking of re-marrying. I know it a sore subject for you, but emmanuella needs a mother ' Mrs coker lamented . Richard always find time to visit his mother, with his daughter on weekends whenever he is not engage and they always end up arguing on the same subject. ' mother i hear you  but we are not  talking about me, so lets just leave it like that, okay? I dont think am ready for another marriage, and when i am, am sure you will be the first person to know' he told his mother.
   ' I hear you all right, but when will that be you are always with different women why don't you choose one out of them' she pleaded. Richard scoffs ' mum they are just companions, besides you know i can't expose my daughter to any of them, i know you care and i promise you i will do something about it' ' alright darling'
       Mrs coker like any caring mother is worried about her sons, they all seem not to be interested in settling down and she is not getting any younger, she decided to take matters into her own hands.

        Richard left his mother's place, where he just dropped his daughter for the weekend, he was trying to beat the traffic, so as to get home before 6pm. Richard  glanced at his rolex watch and saw that it was 5:30pm already, he sighed

. 'i should have left mums place earlier, i just hope i get home before six' he mumbled. The traffic flow finally eased, and the porshe car zoomed off. Richard made a turning to his area,  and pressed the horn for the gateman to open the gate, the gate before him slowly eased open, admitting him to the exclusive estate. The house exuded opulence and refinement, the architectural design of the house was done perfectly.
     Richard parked his car in the garage and stepped out after rolling up the window 'clean the SUV  i will be taking it out' he directed at the gateman 'yes sir i will' the man replied. Richard strode into his house , where he was met by is house boy 'oga welcome sir' lakunle greets, 'hello kunle, how are you? i hope you remember to pump the water ' he asked as he proceeds into his room 'yes i did sir' kunle said.
      Richard walked into his bedroom and started preparing for his bath, he has a dinner date planned with gbemisola is new girlfriend. After bathing, he selected a gray italian suit from is wardrobe  with a crisp white shirt t go under, and a printed tie. He looked like the epitome of a successful business man.
He snapped on his cuffed links, and stepped into a very expensive black  suede shoe, he sprayed on is favourite cologne, he seemed to radiate power and energy after he was done.
       It was some minutesto 7pm when richard arrived at gbemisola's house, who was already dressed up for their date, she is a beautiful half cast who knows how beautiful she is, gbemi has always being pampered by her parents being the only child and she always gets what she wants, and she wants richard coker and nothing will stop her, they met through an acquittance of richard and ever since they've met she  has stuked on richard like glue. 'hey baby' she drawled  'hello, beautiful how are you!' he replied as he stepped out from his car to open the door for her.
       They drove to the restuarant he had already booked ahead, 'you did not even say i look beautiful, dont you like the dress' she pouted, 'i thought i said it earlier, anyway am sorry and you look beautiful, the dress is lovely' richard replied without taking his eyes off the road.

. The SUV car pulled into the parking slot, and they both went inside the restuarant, it was one of the  most expensive restuarant in the city, and only the rich patronize the place. They were directed to their sit, after a moment a lady walked up to them for their order, 'i will have fried rice with salad, make sure the chicken is grilled not fried' gbemi said saucily at the waitress. Richard ordered for the same thing but he does not really care if the chicken is fried or grilled. The waitress left after taking their order, 'i told you i want my chicken grilled not fried' gbemi fired at the waitress with her blazing eyes 'am so sorry ma, iit was an honest mistake i will retake your order' the waitress said soberly. 'how dumb can you be, since you were not concentrating you were busy making googled eye at my boyfriend, just get out of here and come back ASAP with my meal' she glared at the lady. 'now gbemi, you don't have to insult her like that you can see she is deeply sorry, and what makes you think that she was looking at me?' richard asked her, 'yes she was darling, thats why she brought the wrong order, any way lets just eat' she replied, after the waitress has brought back the correct order.
  'so darling, when are you going to introduce me to your beautiful daughter, have being dying to meet her' she batted her eye at richard . 'well darling, dont worry you will meet her soon have just being busy at work, one of this days i will arrange for us to have a date together' he was nt really ready to expose his daughter to gbemi, for he noticed some attitude that he does not like in her. 'sweetie, i thought we are heading to your house'  gbemi asked as richard made a turning to her estate. 'sorry darling, i have a lot of paperwork to deal with, and i won't be able to take care or attend to you properly, am sorry another time, okay?' 'but i miss you darling, don't you miss me? It being awhile since we made love and i just bought a new lingerie that i want to model for you'  she pouted, richard almost pointed out to her, that it just  sex they had no love in the equation; it was good yes, he agreed and it was two weeks, 'stop being dramatic gbemi it was not that long and yes i miss you, i promise i will make it up to you keep the lingerie, we will still use it' .  After persuading her, she gave in and richard dropped her off at her place. 'okay darling, bye' she kissed him and stepped out of the car 'bye, i will call you richard said and he drove off.
