Adele - Episode 23
Femi's patience is already wearing thing with Adele, she stick to her room most of the time, and only comes out when he force her to, it being a week and he is sure the police are not going to find him any time soon.
He smiled at the thought of what he is going to do to Adele later in the night, and this time he is not going to take no for an answer, whether she likes it or not, he is ready to claim his prize.
He never wants for this mess to happen, running and hiding from the law just to be with his love, he could remember when he first met her, everything was fine and calm "until she met that her stupid boss, now am not good enough for her, well we shall see about that" he snickered.
Adele could feel it in her gut that femi is planning something, the last he came to her room, all aggressive, she knew there will be a second time and she might not be able to placate him this time, so she hid a knife under her pillow waiting and praying that she will not have to use it on him. She has tried on several occasions to steal his phone to contact Richard but she was not lucky with it, for he always keep the phone with him, making it impossible for her to do so.
She wondered how she could have missed the signs that femi is not normal, he has never shown this side of himself to her before, the only time he tried to force himself on her while they were dating, he apologized claiming he was stressed, and she did not thought anything of it again
. But now she realize that he is crazy and obsessed with her.
She cross checked to see if the knife is still under her pillow, it now a week since he had kidnapped her and any hope of being rescued now that they are now in Ghana is looking dim, so the next course of action is to find ways to escape .
By night fall, she was already very tensed and feeling agitated, she hardly ate what femi gave to her, afraid he might even put a sleeping pill in her meal this time around, for she noticed how he was following her with his eyes or more like undressing her with his eyes, "if it alright by you, I need to go to bed" she told him.
"Oh, but you hardly eat your food, are you okay?"
"Yes I am, just tired"
"Alright then "
She left him without a backward glance almost running to her room, she was in the middle of changing her current cloth to a more comfortable cloth, when the door was suddenly push opened, not remembering to lock it, she quickly zipped it back in place .
"What is it femi?" She demanded angrily
"Well..well ...you don't need to stop on my account, continue" he moved towards the bed and made himself comfortable.
"Please I don't want your trouble, just go and leave me" she tried to make a dash for the door , but he was too fast for her, he dragged her on to the bed almost choking her in the process, "calm down, if you don't want to get hurt" he hissed.
"OK I will calm down" she tried to relax, luring him into false sense of surrender,she allowed him to kiss her, even as she slips her hand under the pillow for the knife, the moment she locates it, she brandish it at him, "what are you doing? Are you crazy"
" yes I am, now leave me before I make use of it" she screamed, a struggle ensued between them as he tries to take the knife by force from her it sink into her chest, it all happened like in slow motion, one minute they are struggling the next the knife is entering her chest.
He screamed not expecting the event to go ape sh*t on him, "oh my God, I didn't mean it , he cried, as he used cloth to stop the blood flow, he was busy trying to save her life, when the door burst open and armed men trooped in with guns
