Bayo father's death couldn't allow him to go to college. He had missed lectures for over two weeks. He was recalling of the past when his father wasn't rich. Then a business came up which his father went to his junior brother; his uncle; Mr. Kayode for assistance.
" Brother, there's this project that I'm 100% sure it will fetch enough money, actually it's a company I'm about to build the one we discussed about last time, I'm in collaboration with another company but I need some money to complete my capital" Bayo's late father was begging his brother.
" Mm-hmm?" Mr. Kayode said wearing an angry face
" Please I came to lend some money from you and I promise, once this business is done, I will pay you back; double!!"
" How. . much.. ?!"
" 2 million Naira"
" 2 million? I'm afraid I don't have such money now"
" But brother, you earned 50 million naira from your last contract and this news isn't new to you, I told you before now"
" I told you I don't have money now!! In fact get out of here!! Get out of my house!! Had it not been for your son, I wouldn't have allowed you to enter here" Mr. Kayode said standing up to chase his brother
" There's no need for such aggression, I'll do as you said, Adebayo? Let's go" They both left; Bayo's father and him
Then After the business was done, Bayo's father became rich from the company he owned and the same uncle came to ask for money.

" It's that company business I was telling you about"
" Speaking of business, actually that's one of the reasons I came. Look, I was given a contract which I was going to get a technician but I was duped, please I came to lend 10 million naira I'll give it back to you once this contract is finished"
" Well, you know these are hard times, you know what, I'll give you a check of 4 million naira now but by next week you can come for the rest"
" You always do this nonsense, you never cared for me right from childhood!! Why can't you just give me the money!!"
" I think you're getting me wrong, I said next week I'll give you the rest"
" Am I deaf?!! Is me that even made mistake to come here, just know one good turn deserves another" Mr. Kayode leaving the house angrily.
Bayo kept thinking of the possibilities that his father's death is not a natural exit. His mother's yelling downstairs caught his attention and he went to check what the problem was
" I am not leaving this house!! On whose order, by the way. If you touch my property!! your next condition wouldn't be normal!!" Mrs. Oladupo kept yelling at the men downstairs
" Excuse me, can someone explain what's happening here" Bayo said addressing the men outside
" Sir, you have been given orders to evacuate the building"
" Orders? On whose orders? This house is owned by us"
" Sir, this letter says otherwise"
" Dads company owned this house and now that is owned by uncle Kayode, they are requesting evacuation" Bayo said after reading the letter.
" But what's Kayode saying about it?" Mrs. Oladupo said stressfully
" I don't know mum, but, at least we should be given some days to evacuate"
" Sir, you have till 8pm" They said leaving
" This is just so wrong, call your uncle" Mrs. Oladupo was still stressful
" He's not picking up"
" What do we do now?"
" I don't know" Bayo said walking upstairs frustratingly
