" Bayo, you got knocked out, I came to see how you're feeling" Bisi said angrily
" I just! I just! How do always know about me" Bayo said in frustration
" Never mind, I've seen you hate when you're being cared for"
" Your friend; I guess she's In my school"

" Why don't you ask your friend and please, God!! I need some space" Bayo said leaving the hospital room
" Bayo wait! Ah! He thinks he can leave me over some cheap girl" Bisi said leaving the hospital angrily

Bayo was later discharged from the hospital but wasn't happy about what happened. He kept remembering when Ada left and how she was heart broken . He kept staring at the ceiling in his hostel. After some minutes, Francis came with some drugs the doctor prescribed for Bayo.
" You still de think?" Francis said
" You don't understand man. I didn't even get the chance to tell her how I fell about her"
" There's still another chance"
" How do want me to even look at her, she'll be taking her for a fool"
" All you have to do is apologize, I mean emotionally, make it sink in to her"
" I really like that girl, this Bisi self, did they send her?"
" This life is about Up's and downs, you don't everything to go your way all the time, if you go to her don't lie"
" Lie about what!! I'm not dating Bisi, I just don't know her problem"
" Take this medicine first and sleep, as long as there is life, there is hope"

. He just blamed it on his head. After lectures, he rushed out as fast as he could to make sure he catches up with Ada in her lecture hall.
He was lucky to see her but she was still heart broken about what happened. He was sad to see Ada in such way. Ada did not notice his presence for a long time, she went through her book again to grab some knowledge but she was distracted and she just decided to go home, that was when she noticed Bayo had been standing there.
" Don't even think about it" She said walking past Bayo
" Please, I beg of you, At least grant me the benefit of a doubt" Bayo said holding her hand
" You made me look stupid Bayo!!" she said crying
" I.." Bayo said almost in tears
" You're sorry"
" I love you Ada, I do, I really do with all my heart. I have no affair with her, I wanted to tell you how I felt about you but then she.., she came in. If you had stayed for just two seconds more, I can't break your heart" Bayo said kneeling down " Please believe me, please, I speak the truth please"
" I won't take this anymore"
" I swear it, I haven't been able to forgive myself for what happened but I speak the.."
" She kissed you Bayo!!" Ada said cutting in
" She's just a pest, I don't have any affair with her, please"
" Bayo, common stand up"
" Let me make it up to you"
" Alrigh, I forgive you but next time.."
" There won't be a next time, I promise"
" You know what, I think I'd prefer a walk this time" she said smiling
" Anything for you lady, anything" Bayo said walking out of the hall with Ada
