Chapter 14

"Sirene why are you staring at them like that, do you know them? Have you met them before"  Asked Joel as he stares at Sirene in a confuse state.

Standing up to her feet. "Davies? Davis is that really you?" Sirene asked.

"What are you trying to insulate here that we have met before?" Davies asked in a sort of shock when the lady in walked into his view and touched his arms still repeating 'is this you'.

Sirene perceive a smell omitting out the other lady body . She turned to look at Siren and for the very first time took noticed of her. "You smell like one of us".

Siren took a sniff from her body and stare up at the eyes looking at her.

"This lady is wired. I don't smell like you (turns to Davies, grabbing his hands) come on let us get out of here before she smells something even worse, I just lost my appetite. We will see you around Joel and you weird lady".

They left the eatery as fast as they could.

Sirene turns to look at Joel and saw him already looking at her.

"Don't tell me that Siren is our former queen daughter?" Joel asked leaving out the part of how Sirene got to know about Davies. The Prophecies had earlier informed him everything about Sirene mission.

"I don't know yet, but her scent does smell like us, like me".

"Like you?"

"Yes, like me

"Princess Jencita everything has been arranged for you". Pola said

"Are you sure?"

"Yes my Princess". Pola replied.

"Very well then, now let the search begin".

The surgery operation went successful and Daniel was restored his eyesight.

"The surgery was successful ma'am. Thanks you, my son was able to see again".

"That is good to hear Mrs Juliet, I am happy that you are happy". Siren told Juliet.

"But I have a problem ma'am".

"And which is?"

"Daniel insisted on seeing the person who had restore his sight at least to thank him or her. Please ma'am, just this once let me tell him who you are". Juliet pleaded.

"Okay. I see hat telling your son means a lot to you. You can tell him".

"Thank you ma'am".

"How will I know my twin sister?" Sirene asked as she stares at the mirror Joel had placed in front of her which serve as a communicator.

"You will have to find her yourself. Your job is to look for your twin. Use your powers to know if she's really your twin because Queen Luciana daughter is now in the human world and you and I know that she can impersonate and pretends to be her, so be careful".

. The mirror returned back to normal.

Joel who had been there the whole time was astonished when he saw Sirene real face in the mirror. Sirene who was not that obvious of the look Joel seem to gaze at her, her mind was on finding this Siren and investigate if truly she's the one Sirene has been looking for and finally see Davies once again.

Siren has just finished working on all the files in her table. She has to carry a particular file to meet Mr Salvador tomorrow. A knock interrupted her thoughts.

"Come in".

The door opened to reveal a handsome Daniel who has to clear his throat to draw her attention to him.

Siren has immediately went back to her files when she asked the said person to opened the door, thinking it was one of her workers. She was startle when she heard a throat being  cleared and finally look up at the person speaking at the same time.

"You know interrupting me would course you loo..... Daniel?"

She was speechless. She didn't expected him to come and see her that quick.

"Yeah, that is me. Won't you tell me to sit down". Daniel asked smiling.

"Oh, forgive my manners Daniel, you can sit".

"I never thought it was you Siren or that I will ever see you again"

"Sorry but have we met before when your sight was still good I mean?"

"Yeah, I was the Mask guitarist that played for Mr Davies on his birthday, do you remember? That was about four years ago. The birthday that Mr Mo (Shayne Ward) was invited. I was among those that played 'Breathless' with him".

"The mask guy? Oh, I remember now".
