Please go to Mama G's shop and get me some bottle of wine, my husband is on his way coming to Lagos, when you come back, arrange our room properly and make sure my children clean up themselves said Martha. Jason considering the thought of going to take his poisoned tea, at least if i fall on the road no one will be able to detect what happened to me.
"She will be blamed for my death because she does all the cooking even though i prepared virtually every item she needed before she comes into the kitchen" this thoughts were going on in Jason's mind until she called him again to ask whether he understood what she had asked him to do. Jason surprised that she had started pretending to care because her husband is on his way nodded in understanding and left
. The excitement of Uncle Charles coming and the way Martha had started changing made him suspend his suicide plans until he returned from her errand.
Jason got back with the wine and finished other tasks she had instructed him to perform, he went into his room. With the poisoned tea in his hands, someone within him started previewing his awesome plans that he had thought about and especially his statement that no matter what came across his way, he would face them squarely for in a short while "Tomorrow" will come. He poured the tea away and encouraged himself just like David did in the scriptures.
Uncle Charles came in and Martha's tone of voice was soften

He asked me how i was faring and i told him i was very well even though i strictly lied but worst of it all Martha interrupted telling her husband that i have been such an obedient and cool headed boy and that within few months of my stay, we had understood each other perfectly well. He is such a good boy, send him on errands and before you knew it he's back said Martha.
That's good said Uncle Charles, now that school is about to resume, am thinking we should put him in the secondary school of our children's private school just to give him the best due to where he is coming from i.e the village school he had finished his Primary education.
That will be quite expensive darling, i had called my teacher friend to ask her and she said the public school here are standard with qualified teachers said Martha.
So you mean we should put him in public school? asked Uncle Charles.
Yes and open an account for him where we can be paying in some money for him replied Martha.
Jason watching the two of them didn't say a word. He just wanted to go to school to learn. Whether public or private that doesn't concern him.
Uncle Charles did not accept her proposal, he insisted that he wants the best for his Nephew, Martha said ok. Few days later he went back to Kano leaving money for the school fees of his three children and Jason.
Martha after dropping off her children in their school compound came back, packed her car and asked Jason to follow her that they were going to his school.
