Tomorrow - Episode 14

 

Jason went in to take off his school uniform, came out and Martha whom he thought he saw was at the back yard warming her car. Jason confused about what just transpired, could it be that he has started going back to the old him? What kind of imagination could have happened to generate such image? Was he being carried away by Love?
 He couldn't figure out what it was. He only asked God to forgive him and moved on . When Martha came in and saw him she was shocked to see him back so early, she asked him why he was back so early. Jason explained and she left to pick up her children from school. 
      Jason has suddenly found happiness, he was no longer bothered about his hardship. In fact Martha called him one day to ask why he was always smiling on like before. Jason replied her that he is happy for the gift of life and that no amount of frowning can change any condition. 

Jason and Love friendship kept growing stronger that his classmates started calling them couples. Love was voted assistant class prefect. They studied, did assignment and moved together.  The school examination came and they did there best, when the result were out, they both had the same grade and percentage even though they never sat together for the exam in the same hall through out the exam period. They were joint best in their class. 

Martha's children's performance at school also improved tremendously, there school proprietor called to appreciate her to continue whatever it was that she was doing to her children because it's showing off

When charlse visited during the weekend after there vacation, he was surprised at all his childrens performance. Blessing was about to say all thanks to Jason but Martha interrupted that their lesson teacher has been doing well. Blessing said no Daddy it was Jason's handwork. Martha sent her inside, telling Charlse that what does that village boy  know. 

Charlse took Martha for an outing, so it was Jason and her kids at home. They came to apologize  on behalf of their mother as they always did. Jason said he was fine that as far as they were doing well, Who takes the credits doesn't matter. 
Precious then asked him why he has never treated them badly and still wants them to succeed with all what their mum was doing to him. Jason replied that it was not good to pay evil with evil, doing that creates a more complicated world for us to stay."Tomorrow" no one knows and besides you all are my cousins, so your achievement is my delight. 
      Blessing said its true that they were told at church to do good to those that do them evil. That's good so you can see we are on the same page. 
   After second and Third term they had there school graduation and prize giving ceremony. Jason and Love finished Jss1 with still the same result. This got everyone imagining how possible it was.
   Even Mrs Okeymi their Class teacher couldn't explain it also. She just called them to congratulate them and told them to keep it up, that there are good example to whole school as pertaining opposite sex relationship. There gift were made in pair, they called both of them at the same time to come out to pick their prize. 
 The school principal gave the closing ceremony speech and the school went on vacation. Martha was aggravated by Jason's success. She heard many women narrating the occasion to others, she didn't go because she felt it was not necessary but she abandoned a meeting to attend her children's school party. 
      The long holiday was finally over and Jason resumed his new class. He was so excited seeing Love who travelled out of the country for the holiday. She came with a gift she got for Jason.  "What!! i didn't ask you for anything so why this? asked Jason. 
I know but just a token from me to you replied Love and the shoe was bought by my parents for you.  Jason was Dazed by their kind jesture. She used her phone to call her parents to thank them.  
Two weeks into the term,  Jason was told by Martha that his mother Rose was seriously ill at least to put him back on that sad mood.
