Heartbreak
Ife found Sola at the joint that she mentioned earlier on phone, the poor girl sat on her own at a corner. She wasn't crying but though she look broken her make up was still intact.
What happen? She asked taking her seat, she look around expecting to see Peter, or any sign of him but found none. Peter is g*y! Sola whispered in a shaky voice, she couldn't even look at Ife nor did she see the shock that marred the others face. It took Ife a minute to overcome the shock "what do you mean? I ......how do you know? she stammered. Sola heaved a sigh before replying I walked in on them, Peter doesn't even know I'm aware.
Ife Hung a arm around Sola's shoulder "its okay baby" Ife console but the other shook her head "its not okay ife, its not okay, I don't want to see Peter or any of his Fri........ends......I just want to go home....I can still hear his m*ans......." Ife hugged her knowing she would break down . When she had calm, she let her go
"Oya come mek we go!" Ife said standing up sola gave a nod like she was a child obeying her mother. Ife had always been the strong one, she was always able to coax them out of emotions but if she (ife) was emotional, she couldn't be coax.
But when they arrived at home, Sola broke down, she locked up herself in the unused room and wouldn't open even with the pleadings from Ife. It was always like that,each heartbreak with different dramas.
Ayo rushed in like a mad woman, she was earlier than usual meaning that she got the message ife sent

. How us she now? she ask turning on the fan. I don't know, she's been in that for a long time, who knows maybe she s asleep. Ayo rolled her eyeballs "I knew that bastard was too good to be always, too fake." "Me too!" Ife concur, turning on the gas cooker. Happens both of you were right! Sola agreed, taking ife's apple while sitting on this long stool. Did he call? She asked taking a good chunk of fruit in her mouth, Ife nodded but went back to her soup. Sola was a lovable person no doubt, but she was just too lovable......
I don't deserve, anything good! She said almost shouting, Ayo had to soothe her by telling her all the sweet things she needed at the moment .
Food is ready, Ayo, make the semi. Ayo mumbled at Ife who pretended to be deaf. I" Will!" that shock everyone, sola was ready to move on that fast? "stop staring at me like fishes in the market, a sixth break up is not the end of me making a good semovita."
Ayo smile but Ife teased "Be like me, I don't do boys, I don't do myself, I don't do girls, I can't be heartbroken.
"STONE!" Ayo muttered and sola gave a loud laugh, she love these two, her very best.
Next day is Sunday, the only days Ife do wake up early, she isn't even a devoted Christian but yet on Sundays she wakes up early prepares pap and ajara, washes and iron before the others are awake.......
