Broken - Episode 5
I jumped up sweating profusely, thank God it was all a dream. I heard a knock on the door.
"Who could it be at this hour of the night, I just hope it is mummy."
I held Benny very close waiting for whoever is at the door to enter. Daddy opened the door and came in, he looked at me and shook his head.
"Stupid girl, your witchcraft won't let you sleep." he said sitting close to me on the bed.
I started crying hoping mummy would come to my rescue but it was hopeless. He kept touching and rubbing my skin with his hands
. When I couldn't bear the pain anymore I screamed at the top of my voice and mummy came running in.
"Honey, what are you doing to my daughter?" mummy shouted at him.
"Not.....hing" he said with a shaking voice.
"Mummy, daddy has been hurting me. He.. He... He hurt me here when you were away." I said crying and pointing inbetween my legs.
Mummy rushed for daddy and started hitting and biting him.
"How could you even do this to our daughter, a six years old. You are evil."
She ran back to the room, took her smart phone and called someone.
Few minutes later, I heard knocks on the gate. Mummy ordered the gateman to let the men in.
"Officers, this is the mad man, please take him away

. He is a beast." she said crying.
She rushed to me and hugged me tightly.
"Sorry dear, I made you go through this much pain." she kept crying.
They took daddy away leaving mummy and I behind. Finally, my nightmare is over or so I thought.
I woke up and ran to mummy's room. I was so surprised to see daddy right there on the bed.
Was it all a dream?
Mummy was getting ready to leave for work as usual. Daddy turned and smiled at me.
"Come dear, come sleep next to daddy." mummy carried me and placed me right next to daddy.
"I thought you were gone forever." I thought staring angrily into his eyes.
Why do l have to wake up to this life again.
I should have stayed right there in dreamland forever.
The next day, daddy came back late at night with a lady who is half naked. Is this what a prostitute looks like? She looked at me and laughed. Two other men came in, each with a lady. I took Benny from the sofa and made for my room. One of the men called me back but I didn't answer, I quickly ran up the stairs. I just hope my nightmare isn't coming true.
