The Kebatas were on their way out to the President's 57th birthday only for their eyes to freeze wide open in an expression of stunned surprise when Dee walked inside the house....

"Did you guys see a ghost???" The bark in her voice even surprised them more...

"Whoa!!! You came back pretty soon. We were expecting you four years later...." Timmy poked her...

"Hahahahaha!!!!" Dee laughed sarcastically," One more word and you are toothless . Piece of trash...." She sneered.

Timmy placed his hand on his chest astonished by Dee's weird attitude...What happened to his sweet sister????

"My girl???" Margaret cried only for her footsteps towards Dee to be cut short  by her darling daughter rude tone," Mum, this isn't the time to be all loveydavies..."

"Dee,watch....." Gerald ranted and Dee cut him in,"Not now dad, tell the servants to bring my bags to my room..."
Gerald was also astonished, Dee had never talked back at him before... What was happening to her daughter???

Dee had never felt so furious to what she had no idea was. Was she mad at herself, at Nick or her choices??? She couldn't figure it out....

"Is it me or Dee is so furious???? I have never seen her like this" worried Timmy commented...." I don't know what has her this mad but if it's that Nick, I will break his nose..." He threatened, fist-palming himself.

"Enough, you are breaking nobody's nose

"Dad, are you gonna let Dee be so disrespectful???" Esther asked with an eye roll," And hope we are still going to the party??? I have to meet with some influential people" Esther confirmed adjusting her dress...

"You guys go, I will check on Dee before Esther fills the whole house with her nagging..." Margaret replied, dropping Gerald's hand off her shoulders. Esther gave her mother a cold stare who didn't seem even to care...

"But honey...."
"No buts Gerald my little girl needs me." Margaret replied heading upstairs.

"When you two finish worrying, find me in the car.." Esther replied in a bored tone.

"Dee is gonna be the end of your mother, I wish I was your sister.

. The love your mother has for her can't be amounted to anything in this world..Not even me.." Gerald confessed looking at Margaret while she walked up those stairs...

"Dad, are you seriously jealous of Dee???" Nelson laughed his hand lightly on his father's shoulders....

"You should be asking yourself, how is it your are twins and your mother loves Dee more???" Gerald retorted and Timmy gave him hurtful stare seizing down his laughter....

"Let's go before the President's starts complaining...."
Timmy nodded and followed his dad out of the house..

Nick was seated beside his mother's bed, her hand in his but he was lost in thoughts, he was deep inside them.

He remembered Dee's angry face when they got off the flight and how silent she was during the whole flight.... How he disappointed her during the short vacation, How he yelled at her, He almost threw a glass of whisky at her...To add salt to the injury, he didn't drive her home. He had her go with a cab.... She might be wondering why he hasn't called and it has been Five hours since they landed....

Yes, he should probably call her...and apologize for everything and after his mother gets better, they would leave for Malaysia....He thought.

When she looked at him , it was like every ounce of breathe was taken from his lungs, floating in the air like midnight smoke....

He was feeling the kind of love he was longing for and he would be incomplete without it...

"Nick, son???" His mother called him, dragging him from his train of thoughts...

"Yes mum, do you need something????"

"No, it's you I should ask that...Are you okay????" In a concerned tone.

"I don't know mum. I hope Dee is okay. I really hurt her so bad, the vacation was a mess... I kept hurting and disappointing her.... I was rude to her....Mum, you know I love her, she knows i love her right???"

"Calm down son, Dee loves you... Just go see her and sort everything...But tomorrow now it's very late...." His mother said in a soothing manner.

"Am I interrupting something???" asked Gerald joining the mother and son.
"No, what are you doing here uncle???" Nick asked with a ton of anger in his voice...

"Can't I see my sister????"
"Okay, I will leave you two..." He replied, standing up from the bed but Alfred's stands in front of him," We still have unfinished business with you..."

"No, you have some unfinished business to-do....I won't be part of this nonsense plan of yours. I won't hurt the father to the girl I love. And very soon I will tell her everything..." Nick spatted brushing his shoulders with his uncle and slammed the door out...

"Your son has became so dangerous and uncontrollable...Fix this or I will have to tell him the truth..." Alfred threatened her and banged the door out....

She was left between a rock and a hard place...Her son in love on one side and her nagging brother on another??? What will she do????

Things seemed to get tougher, will love prevail???
