Bloody Fog - Episode 21

 

"What do you think?" Nick asked pulling Dee to him.

. He placed one of her hands on his shoulder and the other met his. Their feet were in perfect sync with the song of their heart.

Dee shrugged embarrassingly looking the other way.
"I like you alot," Nick confesses turning her face to him," And does Dee like me too???"

Dee nodded excitedly rubbing her nose with his.
"I had a great time, did you???" Nick whispered carrying Dee and placing her on the back of the car.

"I am happy I met you Dee, you are an amazing woman." He continued not giving Dee time to respond as he stood between her legs.

"I can't wait for you to meet my mother, I know you two will get along." Nick said blissfully  a small smile on his face.

Before he could say anything else, Dee covered his mouth and showed him a text," I had fun Nick, you are my fun . My kind of crazy."

Nick couldn't control feeling like a teenager in love.
"Thank you," he replied, his thumbs caressing her cheeks feeling the softness of her skin.

Nick begun feeling something, like a magnetic pull. He didn't have the strength to stop caressing her cheeks

. He felt like he needed more. But he made a vow and he wasn't ready to break it.

Nick carried Dee again to the passenger's seat, buckled her seatbelt and accidentally  their noses brushed. He could feel his lips pulling towards Dee but he run out of there as fast as he could.

"You have a beautiful house," Dee typed showing Nick when they entered the iron gates.
"Who are you fooling when you live in a castle yourself???" Nick teased her.

"It may be a castle with more security gadgets than military compound but behind those walls is a beautiful prison away from what one dreams off." Dee typed with a frown and Nick couldn't help but laugh.

The house looked like a cut out from Architects today magazine, it seemed they had contracted professionals for installation and upkeep.

"You are late!!!" A woman who seemed to be in her  mid 40s scolded Nick.
"Who do we have here, Dee Kebata. Hello my girl???" She greeted Dee and Dee took her hand gently and pressed it on her forehead.

"Wow, you are so respectful." she complimented cupping her face.

"I told you, she would like you." Nick whispered in Dee's ear only for her to give him an elbow kick at the rib.

"Mum, Dee, Dee, Mum." Nick introduced them rubbing his assumed broken rib.
"Dee, I bet you are hungry let us go to the kitchen and I fix you something to eat." suggested Nick taking Dee by the hand avoiding his mum's curious eyes.
  The hungry Dee who only had tomato crisps for dinner agreed.

"What can you cook Nickie???" his mother teased him laughing and Nick tried his best to signal her to shut up.

This left Dee curious. In the kitchen, Nick lifted Dee and sat her on the counter.
"Watch and learn as I make you my special meal, indomie." Nick shouted with his perfect German accent.

He shook the indomie packet in front of Dee and there she was smiling beautifully.

Nick pulled back and stared deeply into Dee's eyes for a moment and kissed her quickly on the cheeks.

Before he could retreat, Dee held his arm and gave him a slap of flour from the bowl of flour beside her.

Nick laughed at her playfulness and did the same. In matter of minutes, the kitchen seemed alive.

"What kind of recipe is this???"asked Nick's mother pushing the wheelchair towards the white Marshalls.
"I guess you two should shower and get some rest now." stated Nick's mother.

Nick held Dee's hand and told her," Dee let's go to bed."
"No, you two are not married." Nick's mum refused in a bold tone separating their hands," Dee will sleep at the guest room."

Nick agreed reluctantly with a frown on his face," Okay, I will just lend her my pyjamas." He then kissed her cheek and ran away.

It was around 3am and Dee heard steps in the room. Shaking as a leaf in a branch, she trembled out of bed only to have her mouth covered.
