Agony Of The Heart - Episode 19
Sarah was so surprised,he has been absent from school for more than a week and now he suddenly showed up,hugging her in tears. Bola just stared,she was also very surprised. The first time she met James was when they were running for survival and ran into his room. She has never seen him with Sarah except at the hospital. She was also confused.
James held unto Sarah for a while before leaving her.
What could have happened to make a young man cry this much? What could have broken his strength?
It was the first time Sarah will see a man cry like a baby
. She calmed him down and helped him sit on her bed.
“Let me quickly get you water to drink", Sarah said and as she was about going to fetch him water, Sarah felt his hand on hers.
“Please don't go anywhere, stay with me,please stay with me." James said looking into Sarah's eyes.
Sarah felt he was in pain,she could see it in his eyes,so she decided to sit next to him on the bed.
She knew she would no longer be able to attend class that day so she told Bola to go without her but she insisted on staying with them. Bola quickly brought food and water for James,and after eating,he slept off on Sarah's bed. Sarah was so worried

He woke up in the afternoon and found Sarah sitting close to him. Bola had gone out to get something and Titi wasn't around, she had gone home to visit her parents.
“Am very sorry for how I behaved today." James said looking at Sarah.
“You don't have to apologize,you were also there when I needed you. What are friends for?" Sarah said turning her face away from James's.
“Are you saying we are friends now?" James asked smiling.
“Do you think I will let you sleep on my bed if we were not? Am indebted to you,you saved my life.I still haven't said thanks to you and this is the little I can do to pay you back." Sarah said still trying to look away.
“You don't have to thank me for anything." James replied.
“What really happened, why were you crying? Sarah asked,this time staring back at him.
“Well,it's family issue. You don't have to worry about it,am okay now that am with you." James said smiling and staring back at Sarah.
Sarah was not able to keep staring at him so she quickly looked away. She felt something move in her heart.
Why does he have to stare at her like that. Why is she suddenly feeling this way?
Bola walked in with a bag.
“Oh,James you are awake? She ran to him and hugged him. I was so scared. Are you okay now? Bola asked staring and smiling at James.
“Yes,am fine. Thanks to the both of you. He stood up from the bed. I have to go,I will see you ladies some other time. Thanks for today." He said.
He winked at Sarah and then left the room. Bola kept smiling until he was out of the room.
“Did he tell you what happened?" Bola asked.
“No,he didn't." Sarah replied.
“Well,Sarah,what do you think about him? Bola asked.
Sarah said James was a friend. She still didn't understand why he chose to come to her and why she felt that way around him.
“I think am in love with him." Bola said smiling.
