Amy:

"Wow!" My eyes so love what it's seeing right now. The house is sitted on the beach. And it's has floor to ceiling windows.
"The view is magnificent." I gasp as I press my face against the glass. The sea looks peaceful and there's no one out there.
"It's a private beach." I gulp down air tightly at the breath fanning my ear from the side. When did he get that close . I move a little before I turn to face him with a smile I hope isn't as nervous as I feel. Benedict's gazes intently at me and I squirm under the intensity. Look away! Look away! I think I'm going to have an heart attack. This heart beat couldn't possibly be normal.
"You must be hungry. Come." He removes his eyes from me and I sag in relief.
"Come on." When he turns back to me I plaster a smile on face.
"Yeah. I'm right behind you." I follow him meekly as he leads me further into the beach house. The kitchen is just as impeccable as the sitting room.
"Like it?" He moves to the fridge and rummage through a few things in there.
I balance my bottom on the counter top and study his frame while he isn't watching. He's more muscular than I remember

. Probably because of basketball.
"I don't think I have enough stuff to cook a Nigerian meal." His face comes out of the fridge to inform me.
"It's fine. I'll just go back to the hotel. I'm not so hungry anyways."
"No. I want to feed you." He says softly, and a warm feeling saturates my stomach. He wants to feed me. I try not to blush.
"Tell me you like seafood." He says, pulling me up from my thoughts.
"Seafood?"
"Prawns, crabs, fish?" He asks and I nod. He piles a few bowls on the counter beside me and I jump down.
"I love seafood then." I smile.
"That's good. Get me a knife from that cupboard." He points behind me and I quickly retrieve a knife from the impressive collection he has.
"You need that many knives?" I ask as I hand the knife to him.
"They all have their uses." He says distracted as he puts an apron on. A freaking apron. I don't even realize that I'm licking my lips.
"You okay there?" He asks me suddenly and I start coughing awkwardly. He chuckles softly then gives me a cheeky grin.
"Women will pay to see this sight. I don't just cook for anyone." He gets busy slicing a few vegetables. His muscles flex with his movement. I watch him with rapt attention. His sexy head comes up after a few minutes of silence.
"Sit." He points to the high chair opposite him and I do as asked.
"Is there anything I can help with?" I ask like I'm in a trance.
"Yeah. Tell me how school has been. You guys are on break now right?" He asks as he pulls a big fish unto the counter. He removes the scales and fins expertly.
"Yeah. We should be resuming next week. Semester wasn't so bad." I shrug.
"Because your worse professor quit right?" He asks, completely stunning me.
"I'm kidding. I'm kidding. You should see the look on your face. I know I was actually your best professor." He grins crookedly at me and I laugh.
"Well I..."
"Benedict!! Where are you man! Coach said you are in town!" A deep voice reverberates through the house, giving both Benedict and I pause.
"Sh*t." I hear Benedict mutter as he drops the fish he's dicing.
"What's wrong?" I ask when he comes around to my side of the counter and starts to wipe his hands on the apron.
"Crazy team mates." He mutter as his hands brushes up my thigh to wrap around me waist.
"Benedict!" I squeal as he carries me off the chair.
"Shhhh. Let's go out the back. You don't want to meet those crazy bunch." He takes my hand and I try not to stiffen at the touch as he pulls me with him towards the back door. He pushes the door open only to be blocked by a bunch of big guys.
"Going somewhere?" One of them smirks. I just stand behind Benedict awkwardly.
"Hey guys. He's with a woman." I turn back to find the only female in their midst. She's African American and she's gorgeous.
"Are you hiding your girlfriend from us Benedict?" The girl teases.
"What are you guys doing here?" Benedict asks, resigned.
"We're supposed to be having a party remember?" One of them shoves his phone in Benedict's face.
"I brought beer and fried chicken." The woman says and she takes my hand. She starts to pull me back into the house. I throw a panicked look Benedict's way.
"They're harmless. Crazy but harmless." He assures me as he lets me go. The woman takes me through the kitchen and into the sitting room.
"I'm Maggie. That one's wife." She points to a good looking American guy who's bigger than hulk. I wince when our eyes meet and he chuckles.
"He doesn't bite. Except you want him to." Maggie giggles behind me as I go beet red at the  innuendo.
"Guys, don't embarrass Amy." Benedict comes to take my hand. He retrieves me from Maggie and sits me down beside him on a single chair. There's no distance between our bodies and it's messing with my head.
"I didn't take you for a shy woman type." One of the guys says.
"Drop it. Amy isn't up for discussion." Benedict growls at him. He raises his hand up in surrender but grins. They really are harmless but I can't take being called shy.
"Are we drinking or what?" I hear myself say and everyone in the room snaps their eyes to me. I shrug as I grab a beer from the carton in front of me.
"What are you doing?" I hear Benedict whisper in my ear.
"Partying. Where's the beer opener?" I say out loud.
"You don't have to...." Benedict's words are cut off by his friend who comes to uncork my bottle of beer.
"Don't spoil the fun!" He slaps Benedict's arm.
"Yeah Benedict. Don't spoil the fun." I intone as I take the bottle to my lips and chug down a bountiful amount. Gosh, it takes like piss. I crunch my face up but when the room erupts in cheers for me I grin.
"Yeah! Let's get this party started!" Music comes blaring out of the speaker and chattering rise.
"Say the word and I'll get you to your hotel." Benedict says into my ear. I shake my head.
"To grumpy old professors!" I raise my beer body to him and he shakes his head.
"Don't..." I don't let him finish. I chug down the rest of the liquid.
"So it's time for tequila shots!" The woman comes back with small glasses and place them on the glass table in the middle of the room. She fills them all eight glasses and the guys cheer except Benedict. He doesn't look happy. Isn't this his life? I want to show him that I'm not a wimp.
"Amy will pass on this one." Benedict says. I will? I want to try it though.
"Drink. Drink. Drink. Drink. Drink." The room chants. My hand goes towards the glass but Benedict beats me to it. He grabs two and toss it to the back of his throat.
"Gah! Never thought I'll see the day Benedict protects a girl." The woman says as they all take their shot glasses to their mouth. Another bottle is handed to me while they discuss about the upcoming friendly match. I just drink my beer and revel in the feel of Benedict's body against mine on the chair.
"So Benedict tells me he was a biology professor for a year. You one of his students?" The lady asks me and the conversation halts. Everyone's eyes come to fix on me.
"Anatomy professor. He bullied me for about a week before he quit." I giggle to myself at my own joke. I think I'm drunk.
"Bully huh? It seems like you liked getting bullied. Seeing as you're here." Another guy throws at me. I giggle again. Yeah I'm drunk.
"I had just a teensy little crush." I put my fingers up to demonstrate how tiny the crush was and boisterous laughter feels the room.
"Don't laugh! He was a hot professor." I say then hiccup.
"Okay. I think you've had enough of that." Benedict tries to retrieve the bottle of beer from my grip. I just grip harder.
"No!" He's stronger and easily takes the bottle from me. I pout and point at him.
"You see what I mean? Bully! Hot bully! Very hot.." Benedict's hand clamp over my mouth to shut me up. I peel his hand away from my mouth and bat it away.
"There he goes again touching me and messing with my senses!" I say out loud. When I notice everyone staring I giggle again.
"Oops." I mutter and hiccup. The small shot glass in front of me tempt me now that my bottle is no more.

. I spy Benedict's face before I make a grab for the shot glass.
"Amy!" He yells as I down the liquid. It burns the back of my throat and I cringe.
"Okay, that's enough." I'm swept off my feet and into strong arms.
"Wheeeeeee!!!" I squeal as I feel like I'm on air.
The now cool air outside blasts my hot face as he brings me outside.
"I didn't take you for a drunk." He sounds mildly amused as he lets me down slowly. My front slides down his body and I feel higher than I am.
"I'm not drunk." I mutter as our eyes clash. Why do I sound breathless? His eyes are turning into liquid heat and so is my stomach.
"Why do you look so cute right now when I'm angry with you?" He looks down to my lips and I giggle. Stop giggling, Amy! I hiccup again as his hand brush across my cheekbone. I see his head dip slowly while he keeps his eyes on mine. My stomach do a little flip. He's going to kiss me. I let my eyes flutter close. My stomach heaves again. I groan.
"Amy are you...." I double over as I puke my gut all over his shoes.
"Amy!" I hear him yell as I slump to the ground.
