"Your Dad and i have been communicating all along.

I can't miss my son's wedding for anything, my only son at that" she said.

“Come here my daughter in-law” she

beckoned.

Tosin hugged Vil's mother

“we can now start the wedding preparations, I will take care of everything" Vil's mother said.

They all laughed and rejoiced.

Tosin contacted her family members with

the help of her aunt.

They wedded in the church after which the

 newly wedded couples travelled overseas

for their honeymoon and they settled there  and lived in the same house his mother was based initially. Leaving the management of the lab . In the hands of his friend and partner.

Vil's mother had given them her apartment as a wedding gift and decided to stay back with her husband and pastor in Nigeria.

“There’s no point acquiring a new property when I will be here with my husband.” She said.

"We’ve been apart for so long even though

our communication is constant but I think

it's high time we built the ministry together as couples."

Mean while,

Emeka on his return from church service

that day was roused from his siesta by a

call.

The call was from a  multinational company in Lagos, and they asked him to report for immediate employment.

One of the companies he submitted his CV

to some time ago, after taking part in the

oral interview was asked to wait for their

call, but several months passed and there

 was no news from them.

“It’s a miracle”

He screamed and danced, he quickly picked up his phone and called his pastor.

“Daddy God had done it, to think that I was planing to relocate to Lagos this week to start afresh,

now I have a better reason to leave…” he said happily and explained to him in detail.

His pastor prayed with him and he left the following day leaving his younger brother alone in his apartment.

Hani was confused, her parents

reprimanded her for not carrying them

along in her time of pain. Nevertheless, they gave her all the support she needed but still,

she felt like a loser and was unhappy

. She

didn’t bother returning to Delta state to

continue her work in the lab. but instead,

she went there to pack her belongings.

The future looked grim for her as her

 pregnancy grew each day.

The thought of raising a fatherless child in her parents house was too much for her...

she regretted her choices in life and wished God would have mercy on her.

She sold the car Vil bought for her and used the returns to open a provision store which was mainly managed by her mother.

Although Vil promised to support her whenever she called on him, she felt there was no point getting him involved in her life, as he was already married.

"I will survive somehow" she encouraged

 herself.

Hani was already due for delivery. her

siblings were in the house. They didn’t go to the shop that day.

She felt tasty and reached out for a glass,

 suddenly,

A Lexus es 350 drove into Hani's compound on a sunny afternoon.

Swiling a glass of water outside, she saw the car driving in and wondered whose car it was.

She immediately alerted her parents about the unknown visitor.

Still observing to know who it could be, to

her greatest surprise, she saw Emeka

coming out from the car,

he was sent to China for a six month

training and was a given a

managerial position in one of their branches in Lagos, an official car and a nice accommodation on his return.

The company also gave him two weeks

break before he resumes fully.

immediately, the glass fell from her hand

and shattered.

Ignoring the slivers of glass on the floor, she approached him.

"Emeka I'm sorry please forgive me for everything, please Emeka I'm begging you"..she pleaded on her kneels…

"Hani please don't say anything, He interrupted
