LET ME START BY APOLOGISING FOR THE LATE UPDATE

TRAVELLED FOR A SMALL MERRYMENT AND THERE WAS NO NETWORK THERE

I PRAY THIS EPISODE IS ENOUGH TO PARDON MY LATENESS

ALRIGHT, LETS DIG IN

I locked my office door and half walked half run to the elevator and straight to my car

I did that to avoid any chit chat with my co workers 
I don't want any delay, I have to get to Cruz immediately without wasting time

I drove to the company in a haste as if I will die if I didn't get there

The gateman seems to recognize me cus he did not query me before opening the gate
He bowed respectably with a humble smile on his face

"Good afternoon ma" 

I have limited time to acknowledge the smile 

I just nod

I packed my car at the car park and hastily walked to the entrance

Inside the elevator, I brought out my phone and sent a text to Frank

"I am here"

It showed delivered but he did not reply

I continued looking expectantly at it expecting his reply yet none was forthcoming instead Austin sent me a message

I smiled and clicked on the message expecting to see his romantic texts

I read

"Teddy, can you come to our company now. I need you to help me clarify something"

I exhaled deeply

I smiled at the pet name but frowned at the text 

"Another something to see and clarify in Cruz"

I looked at the elevator, its still reading

"Huh, is the last floor this far"

I resigned to my fate, trying to calm myself down

"I need to face anything in there and solve it squarely" I thought

The elevator stopped and opened

"At last" I murmured to myself and stepped out 

I got message alert from Frank

"We are in the manager's office,come there right away"

"Huh, we?? I asked myself

"Who are the we" I thought

I just shrugged

"Whatever"

I walked majestically through the long corridor to the managers office

I was just few inches to the door when Tony walked out from the connecting door

"Here you are Chy, come with me to my office

. We need to talk"

He said hastily, crossed his arm on my shoulder leading me back to the office he came out from

I resisted

"I need to see Austin, there is something I want to discuss with him"

"Austin have visitors and that's exactly what I want to discuss with you before we go there"

I looked at him surprised

"Don't worry, I am fit. Let's go in"

I slipped off from him and started walking towards the door 

"Okay then, let's go" he said in resignation

I heaved a sigh of relief and we walked to the door

He opened the door and we walked in

What I saw made my eyes bulge out of the socket with my mouth wide open in shock

I felt my legs became weary

Tony came closer and held me tightly

Austin stood up immediately on seeing me

"Thank God you are here, Tracy wanted to meet you"

He said but on seeing the shock on my face just looked at me in awe

The office was just quiet

Was this what Frank wanted me to see

There stood Lizzy, dressed up like a star with Sam sitting down as the president and Frank standing behind him

I looked around in shock, goose bumps all over my body

I guess am getting weak with no strength to fight

Austin looked at me and started his explanation

"Chioma this is Tracy Bliz, the artist that will be performing at the music concert"

He faced Lizzy

"Tracy this is Chioma, the young upcoming artist that will perform as the guest artist that night too"

She turned towards me with a mischievous smile and walked majestically towards me

"Guest artist indeed "

"Surprised??

Arrrgghhh, I feel like giving her a dirty slap

Tony noticed my mood and held me strongly to avoid me making any wrong move

"Keep calm, think before you act" he whispered

Sam stood up, walked towards Lizzy and held her as if shielding her from saying more

I looked up and saw Frank looking at me with expressionless face

"So this is what he wants me to see and know by myself"

He knows about Lizzy and Sam

Then Lizzy is Tracy Bliz and she is working with Sam" 

I tried putting the puzzle together

"Oh my God, my heart, my legs, all are falling me

I can't even say anything

Austin was just looking at us confused

Tony held me closer

I felt his strength and warmth sink into me

That what I really needed, I snuggled closer

His assurance, that everything will be fine

"Lizzy my bestie betrayed me"

"I knew she was a b-tch but not to this level"

I felt my leg give way under me

Tony led me to a chair and I sat down

"Lizzy, I can't believe you did this to me" I said half crying

I felt useless trusting someone like her even after Frank's warning

Hmmm, am crying too
Our bestie is working with our past "Sam"
