Tristy glanced at Bea as she continuously pressed her phone; she adjusted on her seat not knowing how and what to say without sounding like someone prying
“Mah, is everything okay” she asked
“Am fine” she simply replied
“But your face shows otherwise” Tristy persisted
“Okay, she is really crossing her boundary and I am going to lose it” Bea thought boiling in anger “But maybe I need someone to talk to”
Bea turned and smiled at her “maybe you could help” she said and slowed down
Tristy relaxed and smiled
“Have you ever been in love before?”
“Yes mah” Tristy replied
“How do you know when you are in love?”
“You can actually feel it mah”
“Do you have anyone that you have feelings for mah”
“No, actually…” what am I even doing, seeking advice about love when Mom warned me seriously about it
Bea looked at Tristy and smiled “never mind, am okay now”
Facing Tristy she asked “where exactly is your house”
“Just down there” she answered pointing
Bea slowed down and Tristy climbed out of the car, she reversed and left

“Dear diary today was stressful and I had a very serious headache…….” Bea sighed and closed the big diary that knows all her secrets. “There is nothing serious that happened today” she clutched her diary tightly and laid down to rest

Bea walked hurriedly out of the elevator adjusting her cloth; “seems I am very late today, can’t believe that alarm never woke me up
On sighting her Tristy smiled but Bea’s face remained expressionless, “Guess she is back to her old self” she sighed and walked forward with her morning coffee
“Good morning mah, here is your coffee” Tristy greeted and handed her a steamy cup of coffee
“Thank you” she replied collecting the cup
“my schedule for today” she asked
“Yes mah” Tristy dutifully opened her log book, walking fast to meet up with her pace

Bea stops in her track on hearing Mr. Chris
“which of the Mr. Chris” she asks
“CEO of Max consultancy firm”
“Who set up the meeting?”
“Me Mah, after he cancelled on the last meeting”
“Now I am cancelling mine, I don’t meet with unserious client”
“But Mah..”
“No but, just get out of my office and do your job”
“Okay Mah”
“and forget about my Mom, I will call her later”
“Okay Mah” Tristy replied, turned to go
“Wait, one more thing; change this coffee, its too cold and there is no milk”

Bea typed furiously on her laptop constantly checking her phone “I give up” she picked up her phone and scrolled down to K
He picked on the third ring
“Hello Ken, I am so sorry about yesterday” silence at the other end “Ken please talk to me” “Okay can we do this another time”
Ken just nod but hummed when he remembered that she couldn’t see him
“Okay, thank you” she dropped the phone and sighed
“what am I doing….. what am I doing….. what am I doing” Bea continuously paced around
