SMILE
Bea’s POV
I walked out from the conference room little bit tired but I have to meet Ken, I really have to meet him. It has been long I have someone care for me
“Mah”
“Yes” I turned back to see Tristy running towards me with my bag
“Oh I forgot my handbag, thank you” replied collecting the bag from Tristy
I looked at Tristy wondering if to talk to her or not, at last I turned to see her walking side by side with me
“Tristy” I called
“Mah” she answered with a little cute smile which I always wish to see in a sister
“sometimes I wonder why I never gaht to have a sister”
“Mah, you called me”
I smiled towards her but the smile feels cracked to me cus I cant remember the last time I gave out a sweet and natural smile
“I like your open teeth mah” Tristy complimented which made me to smile more cus my mom was the only person that gave me that compliment when I was young
“Really”
“Yes, although for the four years I have been working with you this is the sweetest smile I have ever seen from you”
I swallowed hard cus of the last statement “has it been really long I smiled this much” I thought to myself
“Mah I have to go now” Tristy said calling me back from my dreamland. I looked around to see that we are standing infront of lift
She turned to go but I called her back
“Tristy”
“Yes”
“Am I good like this to go on a date” I asked
She turned and smiled again
“You always look perfect”
“That statement made me smile because I always try as much as possible to look perfect just like my Mom always say: perfection draws a man close”
“Thank you”
“you are welcome”
With that she entered the lift, I went inside my office and applied a little bright red lipstick on my lips

I smiled boldly to my reflection in the mirror wondering what is making me that left the conference room a while ago very tired this happy
“you are always perfect” I whispered to myself and left the office swinging my hips side by side to the lift

“A plate of Fried rice, salad and chicken lap” I ordered to the waiter standing beside me
She left walking so elegant that I got jealous of her. My mind drifted back to when my Mom always tell me to my face that I am ugly and with that I have to dress perfect always to look good. That brought down my self esteem and made me hates pretty girls to the extent that I don’t talk to them
I cleaned the hot tears that was streaming down my face “at least that was one time when I got into quarrel with her but today someone complimented me” that made me smile and brought my confidence
“That’s a beautiful smile you got there” the waiter said keeping the food on the table
“thank you”
She kept the food and left. I checked my watch for the up tenth time “why is Ken not here yet, I have waited for one good hour yet he is nowhere to be found” I decided to wait a little longer while enjoying my food.
“Can I seat with you”
I raised up my head to see a hot charming young man smiling sweetly towards me; he looks younger doh. I ignored him and bent down my head to continue with my eating, I am tired of these young men making fun of me or wanting just sex
He got tired waiting and sat down beside me “My name is Chris” he introduced himself stretching his hand for a handshake
I looked at him again and murmured “I have a date”

Have you ever been in a situation where you think that being beautiful depends only on dressing smart to be perfect or always depending on something to be beautiful
I tell you today that beauty comes from the soul, its within you and the greatest clothing you can ever wear always is your smile. No matter what anybody tells you, you are beautiful and nobody can do anything about it. #loveyouall#
