Chris:

I lay on my bed looking at her picture, taking my time in admiring the features I see; she was wearing a pink bikini posing like a diva ready to devour; her eyes sparkling like anything eager you can think of.

The perfect body structure and everything in right proportion makes me fall in love more. I hope when everything ends she will be able to accept my advance

"Why am I having this strong urge to protect her" 

I wonder; maybe I like her, no I love her, yes that's love, my eyes lit at that feeling, I have not felt like this for any woman in my life even my current girlfriend who knows just how to party and spend money have not stirred this feeling for a very long time, I still stay with her because my friends thinks she befits my status but I know nothing on earth will make me marry her I click my phone to opera mini and typed in 'how to make a girl fall in love with you'; since my childhood because of the absence of a mother figure in my life I ask Google everything, virtually everything because my Dad have little or no time for me.

He is always busy acquiring money; when I request for my mother the answer I get is that they are divorced.

Since my childhood I have been praying and wishing to meet my mother and big sister but none of my prayers was answered.

Now I have no urge of seeing them again, I cannot even remember their faces now; who cares I have practically struggled alone with my Dad so I don't pray for any intervention now I scroll through Google saved some pages that made a good point and decided to read them later.

I looked at her picture again; maybe I should involve my father without telling her; yes involving my father will quicken the process but that will mean betraying her trust ruining my chances with her.

I have to wait for her to bring up any solution if it fails then my Dad will step in, with that conclusion I felt relieved and start preparing for work.

"I have many things to work on as the future CEO"

 I smile at my thought and enter into the bathroom

Bea "Don't pretend like you did not see me or are you back to my boss now"

 I turn to see Tristy standing with my hot cup of coffee I smile and hug her

"good morning and thanks for the coffee"

 I say as I down the hot liquid, I exhale deeply satisfied cus she knows how to get the perfect coffee

"you like it"

 she ask 

"I love it, but why are you looking at me like there is a hole on my face"

 "there is actually a hole"

 she say coming closer

"but inform of eye bag under your eyes, did you even sleep last night?" I smile to evade the question and start walking to my office but she persist

"don't try to ignore my question because I will never give up"

 I roll my eyes

"okay fine, let's enter into my office"

 I say that to avoid the stare of my coworkers looking at us, I bet they are surprised the way we were conversing fluently She look around and smile

"alright, let's go."

 She gave her assistant instruction before joining me in my office I sat down but hesitant to speak; she got tired of waiting and stood up

"maybe I am prying too much, I have to go now, call me when you are ready to talk"

"No please sit down"

 I say immediately; I slid my phone to the picture I collected from Chris and show it to her telling her everything that happened.

By the time I finish I was in tears, she came over and hugged me

"I have never seen you cry before and this seems awkward showing how much pain you are in"

 she say consoling me

"Can I help"

 she ask

"Of course, that's one of the reasons why I told you"

"Okay" 

she sat down.

"First of all we have to think and that includes putting off every appointment today because this is very important" 

"I can't do that, I have many things to put up today"

 I argue

"once all these people find out about this they will pull off one by one leaving our company to doom"

 I nod my head in agreement

"so what do you suggest we do?"

 She bit her lips in thoughts and a smile spread through her lips

"Maybe we go to her empire and collect it from her" 

"how?"

 I ask hoping she is not going to say what I have in mind

"Have you ever discussed me with your mom" 

"No" 

"then maybe I act as someone who wants in in her business, gain her trust and puff I steal the video"

 she say smiling widely

"its a good idea but No, I won't allow you do that; you cannot go into prostitution because of me"

 I say not happy with her decision She smile and stood up

"i have to do it, who will you trust so much to do that for you if not me besides who says I have to do that; trust me just give it to me, I promise I will deliver"

 she say pleadingly

"Its going to be so much fun playing with a player"

 she add before I can say anything else I just sigh and bring my phone

"have to tell Chris first"

 "wait you have told Chris about it; our client!"

 she ask wide eyed

"relax its fine".

My intercom buzz and I pick it My assistant secretary voice came through

"Ma we have good and bad news" 

"I thought I said no calls today" 

"Mah it needs to be attended to immediately" 

"Okay, tell me the bad news first" 

"the bad news is that two of our shareholders are pulling out"

 I swallow hard

"and the good news" I ask

"One Mr . Paul from Max consultancy wants to buy the two shares and more; in fact they want to partner with us"

 I look at Tristy

"the company that just got our contract" I ask

"Yes Mah and he request an audience in our next board meeting"

 I look at Tristy and she just nod

"Okay, fix him in; we will definitely meet"

 I drop the call and sigh

"why the drop out and the immediate buying off"

 Tristy just shrugged

"I don't know and that's the more reason we need to act fast before things go out of proportion"

"okay I have to go now, will talk with Chris and get back to you later"

 I say as I end my Monday work because we have used part of it to discuss

"See you tomorrow Bea"

 Tristy say as she walk to her desk to tidy things up

"Byee"

 I reply seeing Bella smiling with a satisfied look on her face

"Thank God i found her"

i murmur to myself and enter the elevator
