“Chike what’s up, that you came to my office this morning?”
“Yeah, I was in your office why didn’t you pick my calls?”
“I’m sorry, I was taking my bath then, so where are you now”
“I’m in Brick City Eating café, meet me there”
“I will soon be there; you will see me in a jiffy”
He pressed the red button, arranged some files which were not in order on top of his table and stood up leaving his suit behind. Out from the office Cyril moved straight to the office car park, opened his car found his way to the ignition and woke the sleeping engine

The hustle and bustle of the campus environment was becoming increasingly higher due to rapid progression of youth enrolment in the University of Neboli.
The University of Neboli, situated in Apata State capital, Akpoko, was reputed to be a primus interpares. One peculiar feature of the university was that old grey-bearded academic professors in various fields of learning scrambled to have a place on the lecturing crew of the institution. So, two sets of academic staff existed, a class of assiduous intelligentsia that dazzled students with their erudition in the university and a class of self-imposed, money-made, white-washed sepulchers from other universities in the country. This later group soon gained prominence where there was acute shortage of the former. Cyril and Chike’s activities in the University of Neboli since their admission to study law and engineering respectively hand become increasingly dynamic. They had associated themselves with the so-called “happening and what’s up guys” in the university.
