Chioma - Episode 21

David made many phone calls, it was an urgent job and he needed an urgent event planner, a good one, his mind went to Ella, she was good though a starter, and if he takes another event planner, she would forever taunt him with that. He grabbed his phone and dialed her

Hello Ella.

"Yes! Ella replied in a slurred voice, that almost got David to rethink if she was the only option.  There's this event, its tonight, c-can you plan it for me? Ella was quiet for a while before asking" Who's the event for? David smack his lips, he knew how much Ella hated his wife so he quickly replied

"It's for a great friend of mine!

Hundred thousand naira! At the price David chuckled" Ella don't argue prices with me if your work is worth a million then I'll definitely send you a million okay?

OK, will do it, Ella replied hanging up and David fisted the air,  he felt satisfied and fulfilled, loving chioma was worth everything. 

Chioma have never felt this alive as she was with mercy.....hmmm except for that morning with David

She turns to Mercy, "David is holding a party in my name tonight, you have to come.

Wow! Mercy exclaim and giggled " This night is going to be one sppiiiirriiiiitual night, you, him, that king size bed and bad.

Chioma hit her playfully "silly girl! she remarks but Mercy only laughed....." Let's go to the bank and make use of that super Alpha looking husband of yours"

Chioma laughed, she felt so good and loved . After hours of ransacking the mall, she bought a black dress, sorry mercy forced her to get it, she didn't like it, cause it was exposing, and then there was this pink nightie, chioma wanted but yet Mercy made her buy a black one

I don't know what's wrong with! she murmured staring at her shopping bag with frustration, why did she have to get the black dress, nightie and lingerie? she asked herself ignoring  mercy as she drove back home, Her mind went to those heels Mercy forced her to buy and she sighed

"How on earth would I walk on those shoes? And at the moment Chioma didn't want a party.

David watched as Alfred laughed at him, he just told him about the party and for the last 26 minutes Alfred has been laughing

Al- its no longer funny,I .......

You are funny Dave, I thought you hated this woman

. David licked his lips " I did, I just don't hate her anymore, you told me I should give her a chance, I did and I haven't regretted that decision! Alfred silenced up Go for it! he says and David is surprise "Are you ....dont you like her anymore? Alfred silenced himself again and then he wink and David felt like beating him up.

Jeez,so all about that morning was a prank, you're a foolish one, God so you wanted me to be jealous?

Alfred beamed at him" oh yes, I wanted to see a jealous lover, you know it was long I saw you that overprotective of a woman"!

David smiled "l love her, she's pretty, smart, soft, the way she hug and kiss......

Alfred widened his gaze "Dude, are you for real,  love has taken over you. David inhaled deeply, he once again felt satisfied and fulfilled, Chioma was worth everything.

The sound of music woke chioma up, she rolled her eyeballs as she listened to the song, happens she slept after the shopping...."Whoa you look cute! She says referring to Mercy who just walked in, her red gown body hugged her, giving the world wide shape but the gown had flared hands like a butterfly.

I knew this Davido's babby won't be ready! she teased and chioma smiled, she couldn't hold grudges against mercy, she blamed her cowardice attitude ..... "I'm scared mercy!"

Don't be, David is super loving, I just met him but he loves you. Chioma stood at akimbo then she said to Mercy "please dress me up......"

And the party began.

guys for waiting for the sick writer, Gas is dangerous, I almost  d**d, but I didn't and I'm glad I didn't.......work place is a wreck.
