Why the Pretence - Episode 5
We had the test on Monday, it was a computer based test , so we will be seeing our results immediately, I came late, so I had to seat alone without my friends, I saw Daniel , assistant prayer coordinator cheating, I smiled after this guy boasted he doesn't cheat on the altar and passed his exam with all A's. What is he doing here, I sat down to write my test, the test was very bloody (hard with mass failure), people having zero , one , two out of 30, I submitted and scored 20, I screamed so loud , I never expected it, though I read, but it was negative marking + tough questions.
I met Kelvin who had 14 out of 30, Daniel saw us and pretended he didn't, walking away, I went home and was very happy, I bought fanta to step down, Seyi na you I go follow for exam Kelvin said.
I got home after resting I went to Jane's room to talk to her, she hissed and warned me never to interfere in her issues again, and sent me out of her room . I left , it got me really pissed off I said to myself what kind of creature is this.
When I got to my room entrance I met Chioma , HOD usher there I wonder what she wanted and how she knew my house, o greeted and welcomed her in, bought drink and gala for her.
Am sorry my room is this scattered I had test today and could not arrange it B4 leaving I said as she smiled.
She stared at me smiling that was when I saw what she was wearing, mini skirt with a crop top revealing all her curve, I was praying silently for her to go.
What she did amazed ne, she was stylishly seducing me, I thought of what to do then I told her I wanted to sleep in Kelvin's house and it's getting dark, she hissed , carrying her bag and walking out, I called her sister Chioma wait let me see you off, she didn't even look back, I immediately locked my door what a day.
The week ended very fast, it was Sunday again, I noticed Chioma avoided me , I ignored her, your evil won't walk on me, I said calmly. When I told Kelvin the next day he wasn't surprised, he only said no wonder I don't like her.
Church sery was over, Jane had stopped greeting me at home, immediately she saw me in church, she waved i was surprised, so I thought she wasn't angry any more
I tried greeting her the next day at home, she ignored me and walked into her room, Elohor and Osas where there laughing, She has fought her only friend again.
I ignored them and went inside.
KELVIN POV.
I met with Pauline in a restaurant, I walked up to her not that I wanted to ask her out again I wanted to talk to her about church, she disgraced me , I felt like entering the ground, as she stood up walking away everyone was already staring, I quickly gave her my cardigan miss u are stained pretending not to know her, she felt ashamed she had no choice than to collect it ,because the stain was so much, as she was going she fell down and fainted , people rushed her to the hospital.
She was unconscious, I called Pastor Kingsley, Seyo, Sister Ese (Sister's coordinator) they rushed there immediately with some other exco, me and Seyi later talked outside , I explained the whole scenario to him, thay cannot be normal menstrual bleeding, Seyi said, it's a chronic hemorrhage you are describing, he said, stuff man(Guru or intelligent one), I hailed him, let us go , we left her and the excos there ,we promisedto check on her the following day.
The next day we got there, Pauline has been discharged by her Friends, we where surprised, why did they take her away?
