The Past - Episode 4
She was putten to bed rest. While still at the hospital, another
doctor came around and met her. He tried starting a conversation with
her and she told him about her ordeal.
"Are you a christian?", he asked her. She nodded in affirmative.
"Are you born agaim?", he had asked again. She looked at him with a
confused face.
Then he explained to her what been born again means
. After which he
led her to Christ. She gave her life to Christ and became born again.
She left the hospital a different person with a different mentality.
She started living a different life and forgot all about David.
The next year, she graduated with a second class upper. Her parent
were around to celebrate with her. She was shocked to see her step mum
around also.
She finally went home with her parent. On reaching home, she met a
different home from what she knew before. Her parents were now
changed. No more quarrels as usual. Both her parent and her step mum
were now born again. She was so happy and her joy was made filled.
YEARS LATER
Grace was now working in one of the biggest banks in Nigeria. She was
living in her own apartment not far from her parent's house.
She had a friend named Tolu

. Tolu was a friend she met during the
course of their Youth service. She was someone you could call a
friend.
Tolu was a medical student who finished from the same university was
Grace. They met during the service and after that, they lost contact
with each other. Only to meet at the bank where Grace worked.
Grace had forgot to withdraw money the day before which was on a
Friday. She had to leave the house early so she could withdraw money
as she planned to go to the market that Saturday. On getting to the
bank, she met a short queue and had to plead with the next person to
allow her withdraw because she wanted going back home early. Tolu had
also come to the same bank that early. Fortunately for Grace, the next
person she had to plead with was Tolu.
"Please madam, let me just withdraw. I need to get back on time", she pleaded.
