The Homecoming - Episode 16
"You have been back for what? a month? two months? And some how you managed to get your son kidnapped?"
"Father!"
This comes from Justin, am not surprised, we hate ourselves, my father and I.
He goes on as if Justin did not speak,
"As if that was not enough, you accuse the house helps of kidnapping tour spoilt spawn?, How ridiculous"
"Father I think your words are uncalled for"
Justice says this with mild rebuke in his tone, father ignores and go on.
"Well what do you have to say for yourself?"
"Go to hell father"
He laughs and I watch, how this man gave birth to me I will never know, he is vile.
"I want this under wrap justice, I don't want the media getting wind of this."
Justice doesn't respond and his face looks tight, I turn to walk away but father's next words stop me cold.
"It's a good thing he got himself kidnapped, after all he was never wanted."
I turn, I look at him and I laugh.
I do this for a while, oh God, that shit was funny.
I stop laughing.
"Maxwell Maxwells, you are despicable, you really are, what? You think your word mean anything to me?...."
I chuckle," I stopped giving any hoot when you refused to investigate my rape case, ....."
From the corner of my eyes I see justice stand straight from where he was leaning at the door.
"I also stopped seeing you as my father when you told justice all those lies about me, yes father I found out, it wasn't justice's fault that he hated me, you made him hate me,
You separated us for your selfish gain, I am only back because I miss my brothers, so father mine, if you think your words mean a ratass to me, you are clearly mistaken."
I turn and exit the study but not before hearing Justice ask,
"Rape case?"
Good, let me see how he weasles his way out of that.
I turn the corner and see sage standing so still, he heard, I can see it in his eyes.
"Come here little bird"
I run into his arms and stay there for a while, he pulls away and I see him holding something in his hands.
"What's that?"
"It's a bracelet for you, i want you to have it"
He puts it on for me,
"Don't ever take it off, okay?".
"Ok"
He kisses my head.
"I love you julliet"
I smile wanly
"I love you sage"
"Go on upstairs and change, you don't look so hot"
I stick my tongue at him but take his advice, I make my way to my room and enter, I close the door I turn at a sound.
That's all I know as I am struck on my head and the world turn black
