The Homecoming - Episode 15
Its been 26 hours 33 minutes and some seconds since I last saw my son.
Am going out of my mind with worry, the police can't find a trace of him anywhere.
There has being no ransom calls, the guys are all looking at me like I will commit sucide anytime soon.
Funny, the thought never crossed my mind, i am So cold, gosh, my hands feel so numb.
Am currently sitting in front of the TV, watching the news for any calls, the media has not gotten wind of this thanks to Steve Osas.
How's my baby doing? is he ok? Is he Ali.....,. Oh God.
Someone touches my shoulder and I startle in shock, i turn to see justice.
"Any news?"
He shakes his head negative and i bite my lips to stop the rush of tear, crying will get me no where.
"Julliet, I think maybe you should go upstairs and freshen up, uh? What do you think?, When Alec gets back he won't like to see you like this."
I nod my head and get up from the sofa, I turn and seek out sage, he looks so rumpled, he's been making calls and threats.
I walk upstairs in a daze not registering anything, I get to the hall leading to my room and I see Evelyn the house keeper exiting alecs room.
I don't bother greeting, I just make my way to my bath room.
I run the tub and sink into the water completely dressed.
I make a full analysis in what I know, I almost got run over, inget death letters and my son has been kidnapped.
I sink into the water submerging my head, I can't breath, if I do, I will inhale a mouthful of water, I think.
How easy it would be to just let go, right now . How freeing death would be, but no, am not a weak woman.
I have never been weak, I survived being raped, I survived the stigma of teen pregnancy, I survived all this without love and affection from anyone.
I love my son even though he was conceived through unusual circumstances, I can survive this too, I will get Alec back, if I have to die doing it.
Alec , my sweet son, he must be scared without his momma, hold on.
I rise out of the water, I always told Alec not to go with strangers, he knows not to do that, that means he must have gone with someone he knows,
Someone I know must have kidnapped my son, but who?
No, it can't be.
I rise out of the water still fully dressed and I make my way out of my room to the kitchen, I see her at the kitchen island humming a tune.
"Where is my son?"
"Madam julliet"....
"Give me back my son, you bitch"
I scream at her, and she fakes shock, this bitch.
"I don't....."
" You give me back my son Evelyn, you give me my Alec....."
"Madam...."
"Julliet....!"
I turn and see sage, my scream must have brought all of them running.
"Sage , baby, she took my son, make her give him back...."
"Julliet calm your self"
"Sage my baby....
"Calm yourself!"
I stop and take them all in, they don't believe me, i must look a sight, water dripping from me and ranting like a mad woman, they must think am mad
But I know, I know what I saw, she left Alec's room with some clean clothes earlier, she did.
I tell this to sage and his eyes soften, he turns to Evelyn.
"Well Evelyn, what explanation do you have for this?" Justice asks.
I really look at her, she's beautiful even wearing the shapless house keeper garb.
"Master justice, master sage, I only took some of Alec's clothing that needed mending, i do the mending around here"
Justice nods,
"that's true, she does but...."
"No buts julliet, come..."
Sage takes my hand and goes to pull me out, we turn around and behold there stood,
Maxwell Maxwells in the flesh.
"What is this nonsense?"
I hear Evelyn gasp but I had eyes only for my father.
"Well is someone going to answer me?"
