Synder-Ella - Episode 18

 

Henry glanced towards the young lady who was now quiet and she realized he was already dozing and she looked really tired.  Apart from that, the gown she wore was now a bit torn at the shoulder and the edges of the gown were now stained with mud but still, all this did not deter from her good look. She was beautiful . Her skin was olive brown, nose as cute as a button and her hair fell to the side of her face as she had positioned herself, it covered the rest of her beautiful features.

He sighed, somehow , he felt really responsible for this but still, how could he feel responsible when he didn’t have a hand in this. He had meant to kidnap a princess to get to know her, not to tie her down and demand money from her.

He sighed, he needed to do something, even if not for anything, for the damsel in the distress.

“Hey!” He shouted as loud as he could, startling the sleeping beauty.

“Hey. Come out,I need to talk to you.” He shouted again, hoping one of the men would come in.

‘What are you doing?” The lady asked, now awake.

“I can’t bear to see you like this,” he said and Synder’s heart melted, he was trying to look out for her.

“Hey, goons, kidnappers or whoever you are, let’s make a deal, I will tell you who I am so you can let the lady go.”

All of a sudden, a particular musical noise filled the environment and  the door opened

. Two men came in and one of them was carrying a big radio which was making a lot of noise.

“What is the noise about fool?” Jang asked, reducing the volume of the radio.

“I can give you what you want, just let the lady go.” Henry stated.

The men walked further in, “we don’t need you , we don’t want anything to do with you at all. You are a nobody, you don’t even talk like a prince, look at you, you are wearing a shirt and trousers, what kind of a prince wears that?”

“The kind of a prince who doesn’t want to look like a prince.” Henry replied, “I will give you whatever you want, let me talk to my father, I will give you his number right away, I am a prince, prince Henry, the son of King John Edmond.” As he said this, his heart beat rapidly and he knew that this was reckless but he had to do something, if he can’t save peter he could at least save the lady. He watched their surprised look, they exchanged glances and then one of them moved toward him, looking at him as if trying to see if he actually was whom he said he was.

“You? Prince Henry?”

He nodded.

The man walked closer and closer until he punched him at the jaw and the men burst into laughter...

Anger swelled up in Henry when he spat blood, they didn’t believe him. This was the only time he desperately needed them to believe him but they didn’t

He sighed.

“Are you okay?” Synder asked him and he nodded, “yea.”

“Any other day you try that nonsense, I swear, I will end your life.” One of the men threatened before walking closer to SYnder. He gripped her by the cheek, his hand was cold and dry against her soft skin.

“Hey, mamacita, you know I don’t have all the time in the world for this nonsense, are you ready to give me your parent’s number?”

“I am telling the truth, please, I am not a princess, all these are just for show.” He hit her across the cheek and Synder screamed.

“Are you crazy? Don’t you know that only savages hit a lady?” Henry shouted and the other man hit him from behind, it was so sudden his chair fell over, the two men laughed and did a fist bump.

“That is a last warning for you both, Lets go man, by the time we come back, we will be coming with instruments damsel, sure you want to get that soft skin marked..”

“I will leak it for you.” The other man replied and they laughed more before leave the room and increasing the volume of the radio once more.

“Oh my God, are you okay?” Synder asked, Henry had fallen to the ground with the chair backwards, it was the most terrible pain as his hands were both behind the chair, so both his body and the body of the chair had their weight firmly pressed against his palm. Causing him excruciating pain, He groaned.

“F**ck!” He cursed in agony.

“Can you try stand up?” Synder asked.
“No.” He replied. “ I hate those assholes,”

“Sorry, how would you stand up now?”

Henry sighed.

He writhed in pain, the edges of the rope cut deeply into the skin around his  

Wrist, sending sharp torture into his bone, He shut his eyes and the more he managed to adjust, the deeper it cut, until he realized he could only do one thing, he had to break  the bone in his thumb but man, that was going to hurt like hell.

“Oh God!” He cried as the realization hit him.

“What is it?”

“ I need to do something and I really need you to distract me right now....”

“What are you talking about.”

“Just say something.”
“Like what?”

He groaned, “anything.”

“Okay, well, I think the whole thing about our king and the queen finding a wife for their son is a complete waste of time.”

“Really, why?” He asked, pressing his thumb against the bottom of the other bent hand which were tied together.

“Because I believe he should be old enough to marry whosoever he pleases...”

“and...” he pressed so hard until he felt a sharp pain lance through his entire being and he screamed.

“Quiet! They could hear you!” Synder whispered.

Henry inhaled sharply and then began to take in short breath as he wriggle his hand from the rope, since his thumb was broken now, he was able to lose the rope a little. It was the most painful thing  but in a minute, his hands were free. Synder watched, astonished.

“How did you, how could you?” She askedm watching him as he used one of his hands to untie the rope on his leg while the other was positioned in a way which suggested it was causing him pain, she realized his thumb was slightly bent and she knew what he had done.

“Oh my God! You broke your thumb?”

“Just the bone, come on, let us get you out of here,” he said quickly and was about losing the rope in her hand when the noise that had gone away earlier began to come back again.
