"The general requires your presence."
"I'm done with the society creed and the uprising."
"Well, the uprising may or may not be done with you but the society definitely is not."
"Be that as it may, I'm not going to be able to make it. I'm not in the country, or even the continent."
"Then you better start coming. I'd hate to have to send people to get you."
"Is that a threat?" She asks, a deathly chill to her voice.
"I mean no disrespect . You are and forever will be the demon head. None is like you before or in future, Amunwrath, the flaming sword," he hails her.
"Don't you ever forget that. I'll be there when I be there. If you have issues with it you can go hung," she says and cuts the line.
"What was her response?"
"Sir,..... She.... She....She says that..."
"Speak up you incompetent tw*t," he shouts slamming his hands on the table. The guy swallows hard knowing he's been caught between a rock and a hard place. If the general doesn't kill his for passing Amunwarth's message, he'll sent him to get her and she will kill him instead. The question now is who will kill him faster and more painlessly

. He stills his nerves and blurts it out.
"She said she'll get here when she gets here," he tells him in the ancient language, the accent heavy on his tongue.
"What!" He asks astounded, never had Haditya responded to him in that manner. Not even when she learnt not to fear him years ago. Could she have learnt of what he did? He got up pacing and held his dagger so firmly, it cut into his flesh and blood oozed out.
Kaki was shocked beyond words. In the ten years the clan has stood, he'd never seen the general that agitated or...was that fear he was trying to conceal. Could the demon head have finally realized that the general was nothing but a nuisance that needed to be handled?
"The clan must hear of this," he speaks out his thoughts. The general stops dead in his tracks. He had forgotten he was not alone until Kaki spoke.
"Hear of what?" He asks, not even bothering to conceal the rage in his eyes.
"Nothing sir," he says dropping his eyes to the ground, his fear slowly creeping back.
"I asked you a question you troll!" He demands moving menacingly towards him.
"It's just that...The demon head was disrespectful. We all know she's in charge but she's second to you, her mentor and father. She shouldn't have done that," he tries to conceal his previous thoughts and fears with faked anger.
Omar's paranoid nature doesn't buy the act but he decides to taste the guy.
"You are dismissed," he says nonchalantly waving his hand and makes as if to turn keeping a close eye on the junior lieutenant.
Kaki smiles not believing his luck. Truly the general had gotten old if he believed the bold faced lie he just told him. He rolls his eyes and suppresses a laugh believing the general had gone back to his pacing.
He had hard stories of the fearsome general Omar Idrisi, the most wanted terrorist after Osama bin Laden. He had believed he would be well taken care of and made invincible if he joined his cause, independent of the Al-Shabab. But then he'd met his daughter, Haditya Idrisi. He'd known her for four years though he'd heard she'd been training with the shadows, the senior most members of the society, since she was fifteen.

. An amazing feat, no wonder she was unbeatable. She had everything, the looks, the brain, the tactical and combat skills, the wealth, the power, he could not understand how one person could have it all. More so, no one in the free world knew who she really is. They only hated to love her, owed her or were just jealous thus loved to hate her. She'd maintained her sway over the federal governments in the world by ensuring she had a viable stake in major economies around the globe, giving her veto power to do as she pleased, which as far as the world was concerned, was nothing but good. He'd patiently waiting for the day the colonel would get killed or captured so Haditya could take over.
In his thoughts, he failed to realize the general was no longer passing, he also had not realized he was being keenly watched and that the colonel had picked up on all his body language. He also didn't see the colonel pull out his katana blade and walk towards him. Neither did he see the shine on the blade till the moment right before it made contact with his skin. His head went rolling on the carpet to the door. Omar smiles to himself as he watches the stream of blood.
"I am still the moon. The star that shines and illuminates the darkness and everything lurking in it," he says aloud.
