DECEMBER, 2008
I got home late that day, my parent were so surprise to see me. I didn't tell them I was coming. My sister, Eva, jumped at me but i knew her happiness was just for a few days before we starts fighting. I missed home , I missed my parent, I missed my family.
In due time, my mother had started behaving like my wife. She started checking my body.
"Joseph, you are lean" she said
I knew my mom could be like that at times, so I just smiled
"Joseph" laura said, she was my immediate sister "what did you buy for me?"
"Nothing, I should be the one asking you that" I said . Laura just got admitted into a university in our neighborhood. Guess she enjoys virtually everything, she goes to school from home, she has the password to dad cause she is his favorite "so how was school?" I asked
"School was fine" she replied
"Big brother" Eva said trying to get my attention. She was the baby of the house, still in high school "hope you got me something?"
"Sure, I did" I unpack my luggage and gave her my special package. I could see jealousy in Laura eye
"This is yours" I said pointing toward her a small package. She beamed me a smile

The Christmas had come with so much excitement, we had all say our wishes . I didn't know what other have said but mine, I didn't have any wish. I thought of what to say but found nothing. Then something pop up into my mind, something I had not thought of to be a wish , something I thought I had but wasn't in my care....."LOVE".
"By this time next year, I want to find true love" I whispered and went to my room, I jotted it down in my dairy.
The Christmas walked away with so much fun. I was already looking up to a bright new semester . I didn't want my third year to be like my second year, which was more of merry than anything. so I thought of joining the brainies again, guess like the prodigal child but I just can't bring myself up to the task. Being restricted of some things, fun , ladies..... Especially ladies.

I kept on watching the video on my android, I miss those days with them. Seeing that girl again, I was so determined to find out who she was.
"Maybe that would be my next mission" I concluded
I began to wonder, it was not as if the girl was so beautiful, at least not up to Melissa standard. Guess I was just finding an excuse to hold onto the brainies. I thought I had outgrown them, but guess I was only deceiving myself. They probably must have outgrown me by now. I probably must have been forgotten in their sub conscious. I hate to be forgotten by someone especially not by the brainies. I had always wanted to be the villain in their story.
So now looking at the girl, it makes me wanna explode. I don't know why but I was just attracted to her. Something tells me she might be the Messiah my life needs or maybe am being paranoid,delusional....
I couldn't understand my actions myself. I think she is the Messiah am looking for.
