I didn't need anyone to tell me to run.I mistakenly hit Harrison who was coming with a bottle of wine.The wine fell on my feet and broke into pieces.
"Outch,I groan in pain.
"Look where you are going next time.
"Jerk,I mutter.
"You are bleeding,a voice said from behind.
I turn to look at the owner of the voice.lt was Nathan, chief second son.
"You are bleeding, he repeated.
I didn't even know my feet was bleeding.
"Let me help you.He went inside and came out with a first aid kit.He began to help me take care of my wound, everything about him smelt perfect,he is what you describe as handsome.
"Keep staring at me, my subconscious mock.
"I was just admiring him, that all.
"Are you okay?, you kept muttering inaudible words, Nathan ask looking at me worriedly.
"Of course,I said laughing nervously.
"If you say so, your wound are already bandage, so please be careful.
"Thank sir,I replied smiling.
"Call me Nathan, and what your name?he ask with a boyish grin.
"Scarlet, though I felt bad for lying to him.
"Nice name though,I was just wondering around the mansion when I saw you, nobody refuse to talk to me,they all run away, anytime they see me approaching.
"Maybe you did something bad to them.
"That was before though,I am a change person now.
"You can apologize to them,I suggested.
"Thanks very much scarlet, nice meeting you.
"Same,I replied grinning.
He threw me a smile and left.
What an amazing smile I thought.He wasn't bad,why did the chief maid told me to stay away from him,I thought.
"What were you doing with Nathan?Becky one of my colleague ask while eyeing me up and down.
"Ask him,I retorted walking away.
"How dare you walk away from me! she yelled in anger.
What is wrong with this girl?
"Please excuse me I have some work to do,I said calmly.
"What charm did you use on him?
What is this girl talking about."what? I ask raising my brow.
"I don't want to ever see you with Nathan ever again, do you understand!
I think something is wrong with this girl,or is she a pyscho?
"Do I make myself clear!! she yelled screaming her lungs out and pushing everything she saw in the room.
"Nathan is mine, do you get that!!!
