“Nana, this is bad! I am losing my mind. The stuff is in her blood! How did they even find her!”
“Stay calm Fabian.”
“I can’t stay calm Nana. All the works I did are just gone like that! Everything I did! Nana! “
“Fabian...”
“Michael is dead, her baby is dead, all that pain will drive her crazy with what they are doing to her!”
“She had a baby?”
Fabian nodded as he paced. “Yes! I later found out.”
“Poor girl.”
“I caused all this Nana! I caused all this! I should never have tried to save her in the first place, I should have....” Fabian broke down and cried.
Nana sighed, stood up and walked to him, putting her wrinkly hand on his head.
“All hope is not lost Fabian.”
‘All hope is lost Nana . I am sure that by now the Ruby would be with her father and he will destroy it, how else do you think we can save ourselves and I can get you out of this lonely place.”
“Listen to me Fabian. You should be glad that I am alive. There is something you need to do.”
“What is that?” He asked, wiping his face.
“You need to go to South Africa as soon as you can.”
“Why?”
“We need Allies and I have a cousin who works for a powerful man that can help us.”
“You have a cousin?”
Nana nodded.
“I have been contacting her for a while since I got here. She wanted me to come over but I couldn’t, once the CCTV catches me , your boss would kill you for sure.”
“So, who is this man and how powerful is he?”
“Well, I heard that he could be a total pain but he has men everywhere and he ventures in drug business

Nana nodded. “Yea, he got married recently so my cousin said, it’s best you talk to his wife first. Hold on, get me my laptop.”
Fabian hurried to grab the laptop from the couch. The old woman switched it on and navigated to the skype messenger, she pressed some buttons and another older woman but younger than Nana came into view.
“Hey Kofi.” Nana said with a smile. “How are you?”
The younger woman smiled.

Nana smiled. “Yes, that is Fabian.”

“Fine Madam Kofi.” Fabian replied. These old people should be fast about it.
“It is about what we discussed Kofi, is your boss’s wife close by?”
Fabian could hear someone playing the piano.
“Yes she is, lemme talk to her.”
For a while, there was no one on the screen. Later Kofi came back.
“Yes, she said you need to come see her first but you must be careful, my boss is very ..urm, how do I put it? He doesn’t joke with his wife so you need to be fast and you be able to convince her.”
“What’s her name?” Fabian asked.
“Sonia. She will send a jet to bring you because, you might not find this place if you come on your own. I was able to tell her that my sister’s son is in trouble and she agreed to help.”
“Thank you so much Madam Kofi.”
Madam Kofi replied. “Crap! Boss is around, I got to go. Our boss is like the devil himself, thanks for the angel he married.” Quickly, the messenger went off.
“So what now?”
“You go wait at the airport; I will call you on our private lines.”
