Mrs Tyson opens the door to Nigel's ward, she snapped her head at a sudden sight and gaped,

stunned to see her husband and Mary Cooley,  nigels mother bending over Nigel ...

How did her husband knew Nigel was here? She never told him, and why didn't he gave her a call when he arrived to Capetown ??

She was about calling to him and mary but was stopped shut when he spoke

"Son am... am...am so glad you are awake"

She had a feeling that something was odd here, but in an attempt in not to be too forward she swallowed, of course Nigel was Lucas's friend he could call him son

"Just call me Norman dad, calling me that doesn't suit you "

Did Nigel just call her Husband dad, what's happening in here, with a pounding heart she laid her hand across her stomach as though her vital organ has been impaled, she held her breath for a second and gasped silently

"He is still your father Nigel, just forgive him already"

The look she gave Mary was a kind of look that sends a wild angry rumbling in her throat like a poodle growling ...
She stood there just staring back at them reading their expressions, the soft tears on her husband face while staring at Nigel hit her with an unexpected amount of hurt
It can't possibly be what she was thinking, Mary can't possibly had a son for her husband,
her body went rigid and trembling visibly, her face flushing red as rage bubbled inside her, if a Human could imitate a vocalno about to blow it was Mrs Tyson ..

"Whats going on in here" she demanded

Shocked to stare back at his wife Mr Tyson snarled a curse under his breath as he saw the glob of red color that pelted his wife's eye, she knew, he never wanted her to find out this way ,
Oh God she knew
The look the three gave each other was suddenly overflowing, their faces frozen in various types of horror to their personal bent ...

"Honey" Mr Tyson hurriedly moved towards her but she was fast to step away from him which got him reaching out to air ...

"Hi Beatrice" Mary Cooley voice trembled as she greeted her but Mrs Tyson ignored instead and moved towards Nigel ...

Nigel looked down at her, of course she was trying to hide the pain in her eyes, for a minute Nigel had wished the woman inside this beautiful figure coming towards him wasn't as strict with decisions as she has,
The moment she set her mind to things she definitely go with it.,,
Nigel closed his eyes and opened to see her sitting beside him...

She took Nigel hand and rub her hand softly on his ...His hand made hers look tiny by comparison

Memories,

painful memories got hot tears strolling down her cheek...
She never expected her husband could betray her this much, if at that she never expected he could  still keep such huge stuff from her despite how close they were, she had been in a marriage full of lies and deceits, mary and Greg had shown her what a fool she was and she had gladly accept

Mary Stuart now mary cooley and Beatrice Colman now beatrice tyson had forged a bond that had last much longer until their changes in fortune and marital status which had separated them a little, although they do meet on occasions ,talked about their sons but it wasn't as good as the times during college days as Mary had took Beatrice as a  school mother and a role model because of her matured ways of doing things

Beatrice being the first to graduate out of college and Mary being in her second year in college made the two depart ....
But it wasn't a departure that lasted for long
Years after their separation, exactly two years after Beatrice got married already with a baby girl of two years, they met again here in Capetown which was, exactly the time Mary Cooley finished her career in the law system
It was such an happy reunion ...they talked about old times, gisted on their current status, mary met with
Beatrice Tyson handsome billionaire husband which had automatically made Greg Tyson hired her as his lawyer back then ...
A year after she begin working with her husband.. . Mary Stuart had called Beatrice Tyson about having given birth to a son which had definitely startled Beatrice ,, she wasn't married ,she only told her she was on a vacation now she called her about a baby ....well its a good thing, Beatrice was personally the one who carried Nigel from the hospital but never realising the son was the seed of no other but her husband  ....

She stare down at Nigel again and blink back tears, the small cute baby then was a big handsome man and had definitely proved to be a good friend and a good brother for saving her sons life, she didn't have issues with him, non of what happened was his fault and she wasn't gonna blame his existence at all , the fact that he saved her sons life and he himself is alive was enough for her

"Am so very glad to see you are awake Nigel, you don't know how happy I am, thank you very much for saving Lucas, I owe you a lot , thank you" she sobbed softly

"Ma'am don't please" Nigel said softly

Mr Tyson stare back at his wife and blinked rapidly just like the way his two sons and little grandson normally does when nervous ..
Adrenaline and fear got his finger clumsy, he knew his wife before now and wonder what she wanted to do in her heart, he had offended her big time and he was sorry for not being truthful,  what was he thinking for keeping such an huge stuff from her ,,
He had hurt her, hurt his son, all in the name of letting things remain the way it was...
And how is that even possible
things had certainly went wrong right from the very first time he had sex with Mary,

If he was bold enough to face his problem then , maybe non of this would be happening now ...
He stare back at Mary and gave her a brow gesture and right at the same time , they both went on their kneels ...

"Honey, please I never wanted you  find out this way" Mr Tyson said soberly

"Beatrice ,it wasn't my intention, I didn't mean to hurt you on purpose , heaven knows I never intended to do this, it was a mistake" Mary sobbed

A tremor of hurt shuddered through Mrs Tyson as she stare at them both, at that moment, she felt irritated and hated them just as how much she hated anything ,

"Honey" Mr Tyson moved to touch her kneel but she was fast to jerk his hand back and hissed a breath through her teeth ...Mr Tyson closed his eye a little and stare back at her

"What are you guys expecting" she stood up and said with rage ...

"To accept you guys in open arms huh you betrayers" her nerves twisted in her intestine like a bony hand wringing out a dishrag...

"Honey" Mr Tyson stood up and reached for her but the hot slap he received got him staggering back  he hold on to his face and stare back at her open mouthed

"If you touch me one more time, then you gonna hear from me , you old fool"

" cunning cheat, " she shouted at Mary who sat at a corner shivering with tears all over her face,

"you had a son as grown up as this, yet you do not see it fit to tell me anything huh Gregory"

" honey, am sorry I regretted everything "

"Oh it was regret right that was why you denied this boy, that was why you pretended, you barely even talk to him whenever he came by looking for lucas you denied your son just to bury you sins Gregory, how heartless are you, didn't you consider what he must have been going through, he went into a comma because of an emotional exhaustion, what do you think caused that huh tell me"

"Am sorry honey, I was trying to apologize to him when you came in, I made so many mistake, I hurt you, I hurt him, I hurt everyone and am sorry"

Nigel made a pained face and probbed his head tightly against the pillow, he couldn't just witness the sight of this anymore or else he might suffocate ,,he just needed Celine, he stare back at his dad, his bottom lips was quivering as he begged his wife, how pitiful he was ....
He watch fear washed out of His expression and felt even worse ...

"You disgust me Greg" Mrs Tyson shouted

"Please honey"

Suddenly the door swung open the view of the guys and girls whose faces was filled with different kinds of shocked expression was seen including our fully suited Lucas Tyson who holds intently to Silvia's hand

"You shut your mouth" Mrs tyson scolded Mary and stare back at her husband who moved slowly towards Nigel ...

"Son" his voice trembled

"Son I hurt you am so sorry, am a fool,  I accepted my mistake, please forgive me, I will surely make things right I swear" he bent and took his hand to his

"What the," elliot mused to himself as he slide his hands into his hair

"Fuck, Nigel is your brother man" jack already with an huge eye stare at Lucas who nod before pulling Silvia against him ...

"I found out last night too" he said softly with his hand caressing on Silvia's hair ...

"Woah I can't believe this" tom bit his lips and shook his head

Celine on the other hand, happy to see her love hail and healthy, lean on joyce for comfort as they watch the scene of both  father and son along with the two mothers..

Mrs Tyson narrowed her eyes showing this kind of hardness as she moved closer in apologizing to Nigel..

Nigel's whose face was red and already watery tried all possible best not to feel the warmth of his dad hand against him but he couldn't, despite all he loved him a lot

"Son, please" Mr Tyson called again

"Nigel , please forgive us, it was because of me he regretted you, am so sorry," Mrs Tyson sobbed

"Son, dad loves you, all what happened was a mistake please" Mr Tyson said again, nigel stare at his father in a corner check way as he helped him until he was sitting straight, the emotional drawbridge went on before he could do more than get hold of his aching heart, he heaved a sigh and let it go,  at least he was glad for the moment they had, it was more than anyone had given him in years.... he stare down at his finger and up at Mrs Tyson

"I forgive him ma'am, but the most important one is your forgiveness, you know have spent most of my life not belonging to both of their sides,
But i know them, they his the truth from you not to hurt your feelings , but still you've  got forgive them both, I know all this was because of me.  I came out of mistake,,If I hadn't surface non of this would have happened"

"Shhh don't say that, you aren't a mistake Nigel" Mrs Tyson said

Nigel shook his head and stare up to meet with the guys and girls beautiful views as they smile towards him,
He stare at Celine and closed his eyes briefly, how long had she spent crying because of him lord she was pretty, big brown eyes and long, hair and a smile that could stop the clock,

He looked up again, she smile at him as though she has no other source of happiness except him, she smile again and her nose crinkled up and the freckles on her cheek seems to bounce, he just wanted her so badly, to kiss and touch her, he stare back at Mrs Tyson and said softly

"I don't wanna be the cause of your separation,  don't leave dad please"

"He lied Nigel, he should have told me the whole truth huh, if he trully loved me he would have and more over That's between us Nigel, don't interfere,   "Mrs Tyson said with her face to the side

"mum I need you," nigel suddenly cried aloud... at that Mrs Tyson's heart skipped, she stare back at the emotions on Nigel's handsome face and stepped back little

"i need you mum," Nigel looked down at his finger again and sniffed

"You don't know how much I've always wished to call you that ,, to be among you guys whenever you going to dinner with Lucas  ..." he said again

At that Mrs Tyson smile softly and moved close to hold his large hand into her smaller ones

"I need you mum, Lucas needs you, dad need you, without you nothing is gonna go right with us, please don't leave us mum"

Mrs Tyson stare at Nigel's  and swallowed she blink back tears and was about to speak when she felt Lucas wrapped his big arms around her from behind. .

"Lucas don't " she said softly as her tears stroll down her face

"Mum who would fight with me when you leave us huh, who will scold me , please mum just forgive the old man already, he regretted all  actions look at him ,, he is not gonna be himself if you leave him, we all know how much he loves you and how much you love him, huh please"

Lucas turn his mum around and hugged her, the over all tears that had been locking in Mrs Tyson's throat choked out and there she was crying so hard in her son large arms ....
Lucas caressed her hair and reassured her ...

"Please mum, please,"

"I need to clear my head please, this is too much ,, it's choking me in here," she touched her heart

"Sorry mum huh please" Lucas said again

She turn her head on Lucas only to see her husband nervously searching her, god look at him, she missed him as much as she hate him so much...she thought to herself, and Greg on the other hand tells the look on his wife's face that she still loved him despite hurting her, if only he hadn't kept the door to his private life closed, if only he had been more open, to treat her more like his best friends but his personality always came cuddling its way in whenever he thought of telling her..... why is speaking always so hard..

He stood there kicking himself mentally as his wife moved to hold Nigel..

"Nigel you are my son too and I have no form of grudges against you," she caressed his face and smile soberly ...

"I need few days of breathing space before I could think of anything okay, please for now I need to leave to gather myself together okay"

Nigel nodded and smile ...

" I understand you mum, just know I love you," she nodded and smile ...

" I love you too son" she pecked him and touches his bandaged wound ...

"How is it" "painful but I'll be okay" he smile at her

"Okay" she stood and moved closer to Lucas who cupped his hand on her face ...

"Take your time mum, we'll always be here waiting huh I love you"

"I love you too baby,"

They both hugged each other for a moment then moved to take her purse, she ignored mary and stare at her husband briefly as she moved towards the door she pecked the girls who greeted her with all swelling heart at the sight her looking so glowing, young  and beautiful .. She hugged Silvia and Lucas's friends who gave her reassurances, Celine on the other hand after greeting her flew towards Nigel's direction and sat to wrap her arms around him

"Beatrice" Mr Tyson called back to her, but Lucas was fast to stop him ...Mr Tyson could do nothing but  watched his wife walked away as she closed the door behind her his intestines hardened into a rock in his stomach, all he wanted was to keep her near him and he had just brilliantly succeeded in driving her away

"Dad, let her, she will come around , she is my mum, I know her " lucas said as Mr Tyson nodded in soft tears

"You both will be okay dad" Lucas moved to hug his dad

"Am sorry I lied to you all" Mr Tyson hugged his son closer as they both reassured themselves ...after seconds of emotional charades, Lucas pull away from his hold and drew Silvia against him

"Dad this is Silvia" he said with a broader smile

"Please to meet you sire" Silvia said softly with a smile

Mr Tyson stare at her and lucas closely as he smile...

"God you are such a cute woman darling, you've done a great job,, I still can't believe Lucas could turn this way, my god my son is wearing a tie "

They all burst out laughing before he finally took Silvia into his arms

"Thank you Silvia, thank you"

"Girls meet Nigel's mum, Mary Cooley" the guys said aloud

"Wao you are so beautiful maam"

"And so are you girls" Mary moved closer to hug them

Minutes of gisting and smiling between talks of introduction and happy moments,  Mr Tyson sat beside Nigel and watched as Mr Edwin's injected a drip into his IV..
He kissed his hand and smile down at him ,,..

"Thank you for forgiving me son"

Nigel smile softly at him and nodded

After the doctor attended to nigel Mr Tyson stood to followed Mr Edwin's out

and as they both speak, he thought of secretly going after his wife, to trace her where about but decided to go against it ,, he knew that last look she'd given him ,, she was angry and wanted to be left alone to stew and lick her wounds,, wounds he had inflicted ...

"Oh God how long is she gonna take, it hasn't even been up to an hour and he has been missing her already ...

"oh Beatrice" he said softly ...
