2 weeks later 

2 weeks passed by in a blur and i must say jawad is trying his best to win me back although I've been testing him frequently by coming late to the office or making him cook at night. Sometimes i used to think maybe I'm too harsh on him but i still need to know if i can trust him again.

"Don't you think the test is too much, i can see his eyes that shows how much he cares about you." Aunt Fatima said beside me. My eyes went to him who is busy in the kitchen his back facing us.

"I know aunt, i just feel like he's still the same jawad , i need to know if i can trust him again." I replied back.

Seriously Farah something must be wrong with your head, can't you see all the things he's doing just to show you that's he's change what do you need again . My mind tells me.

"And here's your dinner." He announced placing a plate of freshly made spaghetti with sauce in front of us.

"Thank you son."  Aunt said. He watched my curiously with his gaze waiting for me to taste the food. Taking a bit i resist the urge to moan by the delicious taste.

The reason i don't want him to stop cooking is because i like his food.

"How is it?" He asked folding his hands on his chest.

"Normal." I said fake rolling my eyes. But in reality I'm actually enjoying his food

Oh sorry my poor husband i need to do this.

I entered my office around 10 i know jawad must be pissed off right now.

"Good morning Mrs jawad." Precious greeted. I like how she address me. 

"Morning precious." I greeted back. She opened her mouth as if she was about to say something but decided against it. A giggle erupt from my lips knowing exactly what she's about to say.

After sitting for about 30mins i decided to pay him a visit in his office with his coffee as usual. just as i thought he looked pissed off but seeing him he masked it up with a smile.

"Oh you're here already, i was just about to call you." He stated with a small smile. I know that smile he's clearly holding it in.

"Yes actually the trip from the house to office is quite exhausting so i decided to rest a bit before starting my work." I said tight lipped keeping the cup of coffee in his desk and the documents he need to go through.

"Here's your black coffee as usual and this files need your approval before we start working on them." 

"Thank you." He said reaching for the coffee. An evil smile made it way out of my lips. 

"Sir if you need anything else I'm right behind your office." I said turning. At the corner of my eyes i could see how his expression changes after tasting the coffee. Closing the door, i did a little victory dance.

Just as i came back from lunch break my personal phone right seeing jawad name flashed on the screen. 

Why didn't he call the office phone.

I let the phone ring for the second time before picking up.

"Farah speaking how may i help you." I said in a professional voice.

"Come to my office." He stated blankly.

Oho is he already tired with the pretence.

I knocked hearing a come in from the other side. There he stood leaning on his desk his face in a serious expression.

"Come sit." He said. I took the seat facing getting my face in a serious expression.

"This are the proposal for the new business we are going to work on should we ship the material by sea or through air  considering how the materials are what do you think.?

Where is that coming from?

Jawad talking to me about work.

"Um..sir i think the best thing to do is to ship it through air because it will take a lot of time shipping it through sea and they might not have much patience to wait for long and it's a bit expensive." I answered calmly.

He let out a sigh scribing something on a piece of paper. "Schedule a meeting i will be there in 5mins." He said back.

"Okay sir." 

Time flew by with me working here and there not realizing it's time to go home until i felt a presence. 

"Let's go home." I stated walking away.

The drive back home was quite even though jawad tried to make small talks but i turn a deaf ear.

"Assalam Alaikum." I greeted Aunt as we entered the house.

"Wa Alaikum salam welcome back." 

"Let me freshen up and craving for your delicious food." Jawad watched me for a milli seconds before averting his eyes and walked upstair.

Do i care.

Night came and as usual jawad  made dinner. After taking two bite i suddenly lost my appetite.

"I'm full." I announced standing up. Both jawad  and Aunt watched me disappeared upstairs.

"Why are you doing this to me?." I heard jawad  voice.

"Can't you see how much you're suffering me." He inhales a sharp breath and continues. "Can't you see how much i love you Farah." 

"Why?"

"I don't want to talk about this right now." I said back walking to my closet. 

"And i want to talk about it." 

"Really Farah? You've tested me enough what more do you want me to do to make you believe my love for you." He whispered taking a step.

"Don't!"

"No matter how much you push me away I'll be by your side." He said taking more step closer enough for me to feel his beating heart.

"Please don't push me away, i won't be able to leave with it."
