I don't think I will get tired of saying this: THANK YOU. Your comments have been helpful. Correct anytime for anything. I am learning.

Sth is going on. It's as if my story line changed a bit. Just flow along with me. I only changed the prince charming. I about to introduce him. Don't expect the normal ooo........

Author's POV

Doyin looks up from her laptop as she heard a "hi!" from Stella. The latter works in with a handsome specimen of manhood in tow.

"Hello! Workaholic", Stella greets all smiles.

"Hello to you too, Professor Stella Durosinmi and........", Doyin responds.

Stella introduces her companion, "D . remember my brother. I told you about him. He has been in Italy for the last fourteen years. Just arrived last week."

Doyin smiles to the man. "Jeremiah right? Welcome to Nigeria. She did tell me a lot about you. . Sorry for that, I am Doyin Inioluwa". She stretches her hand for a shake.

"Call me Jeremy. I do hope she told you nice things", he replied in a deep baritone voice. They shake hands, while Stella sits down watching.

She laughs, "Only nice things. Pardon me

. Please, be seated.".

Jeremy stares at her while she talks animatedly with her friend about the color lens she acquired to correct her color blindness.

"Doyin, my brother is the chef I was talking about", Stella said.

"The chef!" Doyin looked surprised. Well catering is not the ideal job for a man in this country.

Jeremy laughed at her shocked expression. "It's a modern world, you know. Men cook".

"Men cook but....." Then it hit her. "I thought as much, you look oddly familiar . Now I know why, you were on that cooking show".

The secretary comes in with chilled tea and hot cookies and serves the trio.

I can't believe it! A chef. I am a disgrace ooo.... A man who cooks. While I am here unable to make my favorite food, Doyin thought.

Stella was busy munching a cookie and observing her brother. The guy keeps staring like a love sick fool. I just knew it, she thought. I had a feeling that Doyin and my brother match.

The Durosinmi siblings on their way home. Stella asks her brother a barrage of questions.

"Do you like her? Is it going to work? Do you........"

Her brother cuts her off, "How did you meet her?"

"Roommate in school"_ Stella replied. "Wait. Do you know her before?"

"Something like that", was his brief reply.

"Really? When?"

"You mean Doyin was that......" Her voice trails off. This is more than fate.

"I can't believe we met again. She doesn't even remember me".

"14 years is a long time. I can't believe you still remember. But do you still like her?"

"Do you have to ask? I believed I showed interest there. You were staring at me", Jeremy said.

"You are horrible, brother. Crushing on a girl for 14 years. What if she married?"

"Thank God she didn't. Her ex is a fool you know".

"I know. He's always been".

"Thank you for forcing me to come".

His sister scoffed in reply and started giving him the rules.

"Don't ever judge her for her inability to cook. She tries her best, but never gets it. And again she's my friend. You don't mess up with her. She might be 29, but she is still naive in some ways. She has dated only one man her entire life".

Jeremy smiled. "I would rather hurt myself"

"Better. Lest I forget keep your hands to yourself, she's a Christian sister", Stella ordered.

"Heavens! My sister has lost it".

"I'm serious".

"I know".

 Jeremy's POV

Her face looks familiar was my first thought when I entered the office. As she introduced herself. I remember.

Should I call it coincidence or fate? I never thought I would see her again. I definitely was not expecting her to still be single.

"You look oddly familiar", she tells me. Does she remember me? I don't think so. Why do I still have those feelings? I thought it would have waned over the years.

. I guess not.

My sister introduces me further, "D. My brother is the chef I was talking about".

"The chef!" She sounds surprised.

She even looks beautiful with that expression. No make up. She hasn't change. At least not a lot. Blue dress, the girl I knew was always wearing white, black or brown because of her defects.

Now I know I have not gotten over her. And thanks to my sister matchmaking antics, I won't lose her again.

I hope everyone understands the povs. I just wanted my readers to read our character's minds #mind readers. Hope you loved it. Is it me or........ Don't know why I keep repeating the world hope.

What do you think of Jeremy?
