Omotola , so you have started stealing, why did you take the money , I kept on this shelf, no wonder you are getting fatter, I give you an hour to provide my money or else .

Ma I didn't take your money she said, keep that your dirty mouth shut, who cleaned the house. 

I cleaned it ma, but there was no money there, she said, I give you an hour, if you don't provide my money

Omotola'sPOV

My aunty called me and started accusing of theft

I didn't take you money ma, I didn't even know you kept money there, shut up she said.

She gave me a very hot slap, that moment o thought I had gone deaf, I won't tolerate this, enough of this nonsense she said,  she hit my head against the wall, battered me mercilessly and tore my clothes. Then used iron to press my back, I tried running but everywhere was already locked.

Mummy deal with her well , thief Lola shouted . Kehinde wasn't even bothered, Mummy please the beating is too much, look at the way she is bleeding, are you sure you kept the money there, Taiwo said.

Keep your mouth shut, Taiwo, Where is my money , you this unfortunate creature, your birth has brought nothing but disgrace to this family, this is your last day here, pack your things and leave my house

Aunty, please I don't have where to go, please I cried in pain, my body was already swollen

Funke's POV

Have heard enough of this nonsense, since you can't provide my money Tola, I want you out of my house now.

Aunty please, I didn't take your money she said, I gave her another slap and threw her out of my house,.

I don't have where to go ,  she said in tears, o don't care where you go to, you can even die if you like, I said locking the gate.

My husband came back the next day from his business trip, where is Omotola, he said.

I sent her packing, I can't harbour a thief in my house.

You sent her packing, I don't get you, where do you expect her to go to, she is just a child. He said.

I packed my things in tears and left, i woke up the next morning and found myself in a new apartment, how did I get here,??? The only thing I could remember was that I was that I was walking down the street crying.

A young dark and beautiful woman, walked up to me, how are you feeling now, she said. What am I doing here I screamed, I tried sitting up but my body ache.

Thank God you are awake, eat something, so u can take some drugs she said,  you have not answered my question ma'am , she opened the food, I didn't know the time I started eating, I was very hungry, I ate last 3 days ago. After eating I felt a bit relief , she also gave me drugs.

Young Woman

I am Miss Kemi, I will do justice to your questions now, but before then, what where you doing on the road by 11pm, Where are your parents.

My aunt's threw me out of the house, how did I get here she shouted, okay, am a doctor, I was coming from the hospital, there was an emergency, I noticed someone walking on the road, I parked, so I could help you all you where saying was please take my life before I could say anything you fainted, so I did some first aid and brought you to my place, but why will you say such a thing.

Omotola's POV

Why won't o cry, I don't deserve to live, I don't know why you saved me, don't talk like that, tell me everything she said

I saw mom last, 2 years ago, I stay with my aunt, who accused me of stealing her money, she said harsh words to me, battered me and sent me out, when she knows I have no where to go. 

I am tired, this pain is too much for me to bear.

Miss Kemi's POV

It's alright dear everything will be fine, you can stay here for some days, when am free I will go with you to beg your aunt's, what's your name ?

Am Omotola Benson, okay Omotola, you need to rest now, I said leaving her, why will someone be this mean, not even to a stranger but her own blood.

Omotola's POV

Two days later, I was feeling better, aunty please can I go to school , no problem my dear, she asked for the name of my school, I replied her, it's not far from the hospital I work, I will drop you there tomorrow

For once in my life, I felt loved, Dr Kemi is an angel, she dropped me off and gave me transport to come home and money to eat during break, trust me I saved it and trekked back home , I ate well, slept well and read well. She didn't allow me to do any chores, o just eisw I could stay with her forever

Tola, I will be taking you to your aunt's place tonight . Am sure she will be so worried, and I will not want to implicate myself, you have spent 6 days here, what if she declares you missing. She said

Tears started dropping from my eyes, oh no not again,  ok ma , I replied thank you ma 

Kemi's POV

My darling, everything will be fine, this is my gift to you, it's a diary keep record of everything that is happening to you now, years to come you will be happy and say I have overcomed
