He was shouting at the top of his voice while everyone followed suite , After so much shouting and blabbing the Ark air plane manager came to brief us about the current situation and some of us was able to understand their grieves too. From his explanation, he said the problem is from Lagos i.e. Muritala Muhammed as the aircraft that was used to convey the passage could not carry all the luggage at once.
I could remember during the time I was shouting, one of the Arik airline staff named Mr. Ola came to speak with me . We spoke Yoruba language together and at the end, he was able to calm me down. After everything, we gave them a condition that we can’t go to Bauchi this night so they led to lodge us in a 5-star hotel so as to wait to receive our bags before we finally leave for camp. I left him and decided to have a brief discussion with Ugo and Bisola so we can both decide on what to do while Mr. Ola on the other hand went to discuss with their manager on our condition. After some minutes, a dark guy, one of the Arik official came to address us and also tabled down an offer before us. He said they‘ve decided to let us stay at the Arik staff quarters pending the time our bags will arrive the airport the next day. Mr

. Ola led us to the staff quarters while we began to gist like we’ve known for quite sometimes. We talked and gisted about life and things in general forgetting the circumstances that brought us together.

We initially stayed at the quarters of one of the Arik staff called Mr. kehinde. He has two lovely kids named Tolulope and Motunrayo. The cold in Plateau is very intense, that is the coldest environment I have ever been in my life.

. You won’t blame me; I spent the majority of my entire life in the western part of Nigeria. We were made a laughing stock as my guys and I were seriously complaining about the cold weather which was strange to us. Mr. Ola took us out to get some drinks while he keep gisting us about how he got to Jos and life in the state capital. From what I can deduce from his words, he has spent over 2 years in Plateau and he is really enjoying the place to the fullest. Mr. Ola should be in his late 20’s or early 30’s. Dark in complexion, uses eye glasses and he is really fun to be with, maybe it was due to the circumstances that brought us together, I don’t know. After taking our drinks, we were all hungry except for the cakes we had in the plane, we haven’t eaten anything yet. Mr. Ola suggested we take a stroll to town so we could eat and we obliged.
