THREE WEEKS LATER

JASON's POV
at last, IT is over and school has resumed a new session......my last year in school...hmm......its gonna be epic......i am gonna have all the fun i have missed for the past three years......and i think its time to give love a chance too......talking about love......Trice and i have gotten closer these past weeks......i kinda know everything about her......she's like an open book to me...she tells me everything......she even told me about that her dumb ex-boyfy that tried to r*pe her......i mean, who does that？......i swear to God, if that guy gets anywhere near my woman......i'll kill him.
wait a minute......did i just say my woman？？......damn！what is this girl doing to me？.........i can't even stop thinking about her.

but where do i start from？i am not even sure i am in love with her yet.........or am i？

TRICE's POV
today is my last day at work......i woke up super exicted, prayed and went to the bathroom to take my bath. It was a friday, so i wore an ankara fabric jumpsuit with a pair of white NIKE sneakers.........i wore a short bob lace wig, a light makeup with a pair of sunglasses.........i'm a badass b*tch.........i smiled at my look and went out of the house, locked my door and boarded a taxi.
on getting to work, my boss gave me a gift along side with some of the workers......they were all telling me how much they'd miss me and that i should check on them often

. I was still drooling in exictement when i got a message from a strange number......it read 'please call me Trice, i need your help, i am in trouble'.

I got really scared as i dialled the number.........it was a female voice......and from how she sounded, it was obvious that she was crying.
what's the matter？: i asked in a concerned tone, not bothering to ask who the person was.........
she repliedï¼›please i need to see you.
then i askedï¼›are you in lagos......she said yes......she said i know her very well, that she is my coursemate.........i immediately told her to meet me at a restaurant near our department in one hour.........she said ok and i ended the call.
i immediately went to report the issue to my boss, he was moved, so he gave me, permission to go and attend to the girl.
i immediately booked a UBER, and headed straight to the restaurant, while i was on the way, my mind wouldn't stop telling me i am about to take a wrong step
I kept pushing the thoughts in.........maybe i was just scared......i whispered to myself.........i highlighted from the cab, paid the driver and ran into the restaurant like a mad woman......sweat dripping all over me.........oh！...i ddn't tell u guys that i am a panicker(don't mind my english......lol), i panic a lot...infact i have panic attacks at times.
i dialled her number and she picked after the third beep......she told me she was at the front of the restaurant......i told her to come in.
she came into the restaurant and i immediately recognized her, she was one of my group members in MCB204 and MCB 311 practical classes. we don't really talk much......wonder why she called me.

i immediately rushed to her and hugged her......her eyes were swollen......shows that she has been crying all day.
let me tell you guys the things i know about her ......
1. her name is debbie
2. she is one of all these Jesus girls......or should i say...the SU cliques...
3. the way she dresses......i am not trying to be rude......but it clearly showed she had nothing.
4. she doesn't have friends in the department......or let me say......i have always been seeing her alone.

I sat her down at a corner in the restaurant......ordered cold juice for her......and i watched her drink it as if she hasn't tasted water for days......i asked her to explain everything to me, whuch she did......
apparently, she has been sqauting with a girl since 100level and the girl just sent her out......so she needs a place to stay......also, she lost her uncle this morning, the man paying her school fees......so she's in a big trouble.
without thinking twice......i offered to help......i told her to move in with me and that her school fees is no biggy.

but my heart keeps telling me that i just made the biggest mistake if my life.
