Fateful day
"Timmy, it's okay. I will be out of there even before you know it..."Gerald agonised not coming with the terms that the president had betrayed him.
"I am sorry it won't be that easy.." Constable Abel crushed their hopes.
"Well!!!Well!!! What do we have here???" Andrew said walking towards the dining table. His presence made Gerald's lip curl and nostrils flare.
It hurt him more than death to know that the President had betrayed him and made an alliance with Andrew.
"Can you give us a minute???" Andrew requested and Constable Abel agreed," Don't take long, we need to take him as soon as possible."
"Gerald, how does it feel to be on the other side of the law???" Andrew teased him,"This is just the beginning, when am done with you you will plead for mercy and I won't hear it..." Andrew threatened patting his shoulder with mockery.
"My family will do everything it takes to get me out of there," Gerald bit back.
"I won't let them, more is coming and trust you me you will regret ever messing with me.." Andrew snarled calling out the police to take Gerald away.
"Dad, Dad don't go.Dad....Leave my dad alone..." Dee cried out holding onto her dad
. It had now dawned to her that her dad was going to prison.

. It wasn't a dream but reality.
"Dee, let him go..." Margaret lamented pulling Dee from Gerald and taking her into her arms when Nick arrived.
"Dee???"
"Nick??" Dee cried running to Nick's arms.
"I am sorry baby.." Nick whispered rubbing her back soothingly.
"Tell them my dad is innocent, tell them he is a good guy..." Dee pulled from him and turned to see her father handcuffed. She couldn't help but ran to him but she was held back by the constable.
"Leave my dad, Dad don't go...I love you. Dad don't leave us. Leave him alone..." Dee pleaded but it fell on deaf ears, her father was taken away. Paparazzis all over his face.
Dee was crying with Nick beside her, Ben was holding Timmy back from doing something foolish. To him, Gerald was everything and without him he was nothing.
Margaret was happy that she didn't lift a finger to send Gerald to jail but she was quite sad to see how her twins were in pain over their father's arrest.
Dee was the most vulnerable, how she sobbed was like her father was dead. Over the three months, they had created an unbreakable bond and Gerald had become her everything.
He had been taken away before she had the chance to tell him how much she loved him and what he meant to her.
"Dee, I am here for you. I will never leave your side." Nick assured her, holding her tightly as she cried on his chest.
Esther was explosion in progress, she was the one who was to be in Nick's arms. On realising her uncaring behaviour was suspicious, she begun crying but no one paid attention to her..
Everyone were stressed out of their wits. After so much sobbing, Dee had grew weak so she fainted. Nobody expected the news to be more of a shock to Dee than anyone else.
"Mum, Dee has fainted..."Nick cried out taking her into his arms.
"Let's take her to her room,"Margaret replied following them into the room.
