Eve - Episode 18
"It's late why would you seek my presence" Eve walked side to side with the stranger under the night sky.
"Why wouldn't I? I was worried you were dead"
"You were?" She couldn't trust the stunning man, black as chocolate with hazel eyes and pink lips packed with a strong build. It was obvious he was a warrior, a top one at that with the way his eyes gleamed mischief.
He laughed looking at her . Still as stunning and naive as ever he thought.
"Yes my dear princess I was worried about you" he placed his fingers on her cheek cupping it gently but truthfully she didn't like it and withdrew a step back from his touch.
"Are you alright Shokè?" Shocked Eve had taken a step back.
"I am quite fine" looking to the sky "and the moon is bright tonight"
*gods kingdom*
Erinle had gone through all of the books he had and still couldn't find the spell Eve had used he even went as far as asking Obatanla who told him of lost records years back found to be too powerful to be kept in reach and yet he kept wondering about Eve''s past.
"Who exactly was she?"
They had talk for a long time and she knew that he couldn't be trusted. Every answer he gave were vague and he kept talking about being king although occasionally he would add Shokè being by his side. Were women this easily wooed? Eve wondered and remembered back in time when women ruled men.

"Why can I not be queen without a king?" Eve found her self asking and for a brief moment he was carried away by shock.
"Because women were never meant to rule" it was simple and short and irritating to hear but just then prince Quam slumped to the floor.
"And here I was planning to do that as well. Thank you for the help" Eve looked in the gods direction. "So what do you want Erinle?"
"How do you know who I am?"
"I was always watching and I don't need eyes to see. You smell of medicine. So what do you want?"
"I want to know how you did that spell, the one that healed Ogun's cuts and shattered bones in almost a minute"
Eve laughed "you gods are always poke nosing" she laughed some more "and why should I tell you?
Erinle looked perplexed like he was just expecting her to give out that information. Eve laughed at his expression.
"How about a trade? You tell me what you gods are planning and I will give you a spell just as good"
"Why just as good?" Erinle asked
"Because you could never perform that spell but at your power level. I will give you one but the healing procedure will take half the day or a full day at most than your current state I'm guessing lasts up to 3 days"
Erinle was taking aback by her knowledge. It was a good offer. He knew he wasn't as powerful but that spell will take him a spell higher and he was ready to betray the gods although it didn't matter when it came to the goddess standing in front of him. He knew they would 'most certainly' lose.
"A war is coming between the gods and you" said Erinle
"A whole war, just for me?" she laughed hard "this keeps getting interesting" and with a flick to his head Erinle felt power overcome him. She had taught him with just a single touch.
The gods were screwed.
