Iku sent her a look but she stood by her flimsy excuse and after few seconds of watching her remain undeterred, he nodded “I don’t see why you insist but okay, as you wish”
Breathing in relief, she snapped her fingers and summoned Eshu, the messenger of Hell. He was a trickster god with ugly features that served as a messenger between the divine world and humans. He walked in with his usual sinister smile plastered on his face, a sign that he just played with some humans.
Kneeling and greeting, Eshu performed the usual rites, remaining on his knees after.
“What can your servant do for you?”
With his hands clasped under his chin, Iku sent his orders “Gather the pantheons and whosoever you can lay your hands on . I want this place moped out and cleaned, we are expecting a guest”
“Yes Lord,” With a bow, he stood to his feet and hurried to attend to the order.
“Are you satisfied now,” Iku turned to ?ya, whose lips were caught between her teeth as she glanced around nervously. She was distracted by the wheels turning in her head.
“Answer me!” Iku growled
Jerking to the present, she sent him a small smile and laid her slender fingers on his chest “Only partially, the order is yet to be executed”
Trailing her fingers down the opening of his garment “We should retire, my lord” her voice had turned breathless as her breath ticked the hair at the nape of his neck.
Iku was very attractive, his presence oozing masculine virility in tumultuous waves and no one, not even ?ya was immune to such beauty but at this moment, she could barely notice it. Her distracted mind was bent of saving her head from her costly mistake

Iku’s ear perked up and the hairs of his skin stood; Odudua, patroness of love and once a wife of Obatala known explicitly for gratifying one’s lustful passions with her ardent temperament and great beauty. ‘The Black one’ with skin so dark yet smooth and glossy, anyone to resist her appeal was yet to exist.
“What do you say, My Lord,” she leaned closer, her perky breasts brushing his rigid shoulders. “Shall you sit and wait or retire and let yourself be pleased by one of a kind” he gulped as her fingers reached to massage his shoulders down to his arms, feeling the bulky muscles and thick biceps.
Keeping her fingers crossed, she hoped he would succumb to her tender touches allowing her a chance to easily seek his mercy.
“Maybe I should just rest,”

“I will need to be well rested for the duties that lay ahead” he relaxed into her soft touches, savouring the desire it spurned within him.
?ya’s smile was brighter, she had got him where she needed him to be…atleast for now. Slowly, he pried her fingers from his shoulders and stood in all his majestic glory. “Have someone summon the Black one for me” and he walked into his chambers.
